Points positifs: From beginning to the end our stay at this hotel was wonderful. My husband booked it as a present for my 60th birthday, which on the day we arrived. Right away the staff at reception wished me a happy birthday. We were even upgraded to a sea view room. The hotel is well situated to the Marina and is on the sea front. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, we had a cooked breakfast every morning , I can thoroughly recommend the omelette. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and we even had free use of the spa facilities.

Points positifs: Tout d'abord, la surprise de l'emplacement: à 2 pas de la mer!!! Fabuleux! Facile à trouver et à accéder avec une voiture. Check-in avec un verre offert et des explications claires et sympathiques sur l'hôtel...A regretter de n'arriver qu'à 17h00 pour en repartir le lendemain matin!!! On reviendra! La chambre est grande ainsi que la salle de bains, il y a une terrasse avec vue mer. Le repas du soir au restaurant est digne d'une cuisine gastronomique. Bravo! Tout le personnel est très attentif à vous! C'est merveilleux!

Points négatifs: La plage n'est pas très belle ( sable gris et parsemé de gravillons), l'accès pour y nager est donc délicat L'eau est sale et un bateau vient quotidiennement faire un bruit important jusuq'à 16h environs (nettoyage? activité industrielle?) L'espace privatisé par l'hôtel est très agréable ( merci au plagiste) mais je pense que le nombre de transat ne doit pas être toujours suffisant (une petite dizaine) Passage d'hélicoptères et d'avions régulier, qui peut parfois gâcher le calme de l'endroit

Points positifs: Everything! Also the service was excellent! I forgot one of my bags, but was already on the airport. There was no time left for me to go back. They arranged for me that one of the employees brought it to me very rapidly. So I both could catch my plane and I had my bag with important things in it. Isn't that wonderful?

Points positifs: Great apartment would definitely return. Fluffy towels and toilet roll supplied. Large bed extremely comfortable. Large fridge and freezer. Whilst the pool wasn’t open as we were there in December it looked very inviting and was extremely clean. The caretaker for the apartment block was always about cutting grass putting up Christmas decorations etc. WiFi is great. Brilliant view.

Points négatifs: The big bedroom needs a mirror over the dressing table and a hairdryer which can be used in the bedroom because other person can’t shower or use toilet when one is drying hair and putting on makeup. There is some road noise but was quiet during the night. Small bedroom would need a mirror too.

Points positifs: The location is fantastic. Very central. 5 mintue walk to the beach. Right in the main road with lots of bars, resturants and buses. But still very quite in your room. Amazing views!

Points négatifs: Pas apprécié de repartir si vite..... excellent sejour, super emplacement Attention pour la plage toute proche ,il faut emprunter un escalier d.une cinquantaine de marche qui peut rebuter des gens qui ont du mal à se deplacer

Points positifs: The property was easily and well located, spacious, with good amenities. The balcony faces south west and had sun all day, with amazing views! There were comfy chairs and a canopy should you want it. The apartment had heating/air con. We didn’t cook whilst we were there but had everything if we wanted to. In the kitchen was already washing up liquid and a cloth/towels as well as a washing machine. The towels provided were among the most luxurious I’ve ever been provided. And that includes in 5* hotels! Raquel on reception was very helpful and offered us to keep our room late on departure day - until teatime if needed, which was very helpful as we were on a late flight. These apartments were very good value at the time of our stay (early Dec). I hadn’t realised on booking that the gym is 80 yards down the road however that wasn’t on my to do list this time if I’m honest!! I would highly recommend this apartment to couples and families alike and will be doing so. Would be very happy to stay again.

Points positifs: We stay here each time we visit. The well kept, comfortable, clean self catering apartments are in a quiet residential block in a very convenient location. The facilities are excellent, an added bonus is a washing machine! The staff are always helpful and welcoming. The apartment is cleaned every 3 days, a card is posted through the door with an appointment time. This suits us perfectly. We always have a wonderful, relaxing time here and are really looking forward to our next stay in February!

Points négatifs: Nothing really. The washing machine was old and didn't spin very well, but that is a very minor point. The apartments are right next to a busy road. This is not a problem for us out of season, but I would suspect it could get very noisy during popular, peak times as there are also a few bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity too. Many of these are closed for the winter though when we visit so it doesn't affect us at all.

Points positifs: Local is brilliant for all the places we like to visit, good facilities at the property and a good sized pool.

Points négatifs: Would have been good to have more English speaking channels on the TV.

Points négatifs: Reported a problem with box in hallway always showing red and saying there was a problem but it never got resolved and at the age of 76 I was afraid and heating did not work in bedroom We have stayed many times but this one was worse

Points positifs: Super expérience, très bon rapport qualité prix en basse saison. Emplacement fabuleux. Parfait avec des bébés! La promenade sur le bord de la mer est magnifique!

Points négatifs: Le restaurant est globalement correct, mais les accompagnements, les légumes et surtout les fruits pourraient être meilleurs.

Points positifs: Nous avons passé un excellent sejour (2 nuits fin octobre à 4), l'hôtel est tres beau, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée est la plus belle que nous ayons jamais eu en voyage. La chambre était magnifique ! Très spacieuse, propre, une literie très confortable et une vue sur mer avec balcon exceptionnelle ! Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute. L'hotel est plutot bien situé. Les piscines extérieures etaient trop froides fin octobre pour que nous reussissions à nous y baigner mais nous avons pu aller à la piscine interieure. Le buffet est bien avec des viandes et poissons grillés et présente du choix. Les horaires d'ouverture sont larges. Parking souterrain avec plein de places disponibles. Beaucoup d'équipements (spa, salle de sport, tennis, mini club ...) que nous n'avons pas essayés mais qui semblaient très bien..

Points négatifs: Heure de sortie un peu tôt (10h30) Le buffet des entrées et desserts est sensiblement le même chaque jour. Le prix des boissons au restaurant.

Points positifs: Everything really, the location, the views, the food. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. The pools are great, the garden is well looked after. You can park your car in the underground garage for free, this is very positive. Food is delicious and great variety, we could always choose something we like.

Points négatifs: We picked the half-board option, so we had breakfast and dinner. You have to pay for the drinks át dinner, no problem with this but the system you pay for the drinks is a bit complicated. You get a paper at the entrance of the restaurant which shows your room number. The waiters write your order on this piece of paper, then when you leave the restaurant you pay for your drinks. This means that there are queues at the exit. This could be simplified, just write the amount to the room and pay at checkout.

Points positifs: The facilities are great. There is a lot of sun beds and space around the 6 pools. The rooms are newly renovated and look the same as the photos. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are incredibly efficient in keeping the hotel clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner quite good. The animation team did the shows also. They did a brilliant Halloween show.

Points négatifs: The hotel lacked a bit heart /spirit. The staff were not very forthcoming with conversation or information. At the mini club, the children spent a lot of time colouring pictures. It was a bit sparse or not particularly engaging.
