A one day rental is over priced for a compact vehicle. Pick up took over 1 hr. Drop off: closed upon scheduled arrival time at 2pm and had to wait over 35min for the office to open (20+min more than the sign said on the door), which is ridiculous bc it was still unannounced since the scheduled time was 2pm. Basically causing delays of almost 23rd in our plans. Not professional or acceptable to repeat business with BudgetAvis laissé le 19 août 2023

The pick up wait time was horrendous. They had one person working the counter and said person seemed more focused on chatting up the customer they were working with instead of recognizing they needed to expedite the check out process to get to the other customers,Avis laissé le 9 mai 2023

It took over an hour to pick up our car. There were about 8 customers in line ahead of us. The car was parked nearby when we finally got through the line and our checkout process went quickly with our reservation.Avis laissé le 5 avr. 2023

I had put a convertible mustang and received a Camaro that was not convertible. This was my only complaint other than that they were great.Avis laissé le 6 mars 2023

The car had some issues - felt wobbly with highway driving and made a loud sound. My husband planned to tell them at drop off but they rushed him through, were rude, and didn't give him an opportunity to talk with anyone. Trying to help out before it's rented out again but weren't able to. Pick up experience at the beginning was great and the price was better than other rental places.Avis laissé le 19 janv. 2023

Car was clean and functioned well. There was a long wait to pick up the car and no opportunity to check the car for damage prior to signing the contract...Avis laissé le 16 janv. 2023
