Europe car in Puerto Vallarta is definitely not worth it. I bought insurance together with my rental from kayak but they refused the insurance and wouldn’t let it go without me buying their insurance. I ended up walking over to Avis and renting a car with insurance for less money than just the insurance from Europe car.Avis laissé le 13 févr. 2023

The whole process was a nightmare. It started by telling me the car I had booked wasn’t actually available (but only after I was supposed to pick up) then by prompting me to book a week later than I’d intended (I know, I should have triple checked), and then by saying my credit cards were not working despite the fact they have worked at every other rental provider and we’re not over the limit. When we arrived the car rental agency told us we needed to pay an additional 150% of the rental price that was already paid. We did not get a car as our budget did not allow for it. Seems like a total scamAvis laissé le 25 janv. 2023

Points négatifs :I reserved the car, place my credit card info. And once I got their I got told yeah here's your reservation and we have your car. But a few minutes later they told me I didn't book it correctly and that they didn't have a car for me. It was extremely frustrating because then I had to try and find a new car rental that same day.
