Hotel is good, but it just opened, so there are some drawbacks. But I think that in a short time to fix them. On the territory of absolutely no waste basket, the water in the shower goes bad. Otherwise, great, new hotel.
The location is ideal as it is right across the street from the airport. We had to catch a flight the next day, so it was convenient to just take a short walk to get to the airport. The rooms are large and spacious, and the bathrooms were a refreshing change from some of the other places we stayed at because there was good water pressure and the toilet flushed without having to pour buckets of water into the toilet bowl. The wifi was also good, and it was the best connectivity I had the entire trip. There is also an outdoor pool where you can enjoy a nice swim. The food at the restaurant was mediocre and pricier than outside restaurants and other hotels.
the rooms were comfortable the bed was comfortable the pool and a jacuzzi are very nice easy access to taxi the menu was very good easy access to the airport friendly staff access to the casino from inside the hotel a little bit confusing but access to the workout room and access to the rest of the hotel was easy
The resortt type & very relaxing . Not a good location for getting around the city, lots if trainee and no mentor
Availability of beach towels was an annoying issue you will not expect from such 5-star, expensive resort

Staffs were kind and some even funny but it was almost no wifi. Ok breakfast but so so restaurant. There was nothing around...

Location. It's near the airport. Shower heads need upgrade or clean up. They have calcium deposits around it.

Flawlessly clean, very thoughtful service, the free shuttle to the airport was an unexpected treat... The free breakfast was elegant and delicious... The bed itself was the most comfortable in all of the Philippines (in my experience)... The shower heavenly. Staying at Goldberry made me so, so happy. cant think of a thing!

Nice staff Location remote, far from city. Close to sea but no real beach. No restaurangs within walking distance except the hotel restaurang which was OK. Have to use taxis a lot and some drivers cheating you.
Good location, close to Mactan Cebu Int'l Airport. Good price Noisy construction going on during the day of my stay. Also, didn't supply the room with enough shampoo. (1 packet for 2 guests)

the price and location the noise of the disco and karaoke...oh my...it s not possible to sleep before 3 am. It is just horrible...... Breakfast is not good. windows and door of breakfast hall are so full of fingerprints that it ruins ones appetite
staff are very good, efficient & very accomodating. the disco pub down the hotel; you can hear the loud noise during the night.
Everything in this area is overpriced and underwhelming. This place is the right value for the quality of accommodation. It's worth the price, basically 2 star accommodations. Staff Is very friendly and helpful. Elevators took forever. Internet only works is lobby.
I love the airy feel of the hotel, the white and pastel interior colours, the beautifully designed furnitures, the outdoor terrace and the view down directly to the pools and beach. there's some sense of infinity. hotel staff need to learn to stop acting like 'slaves' and stop treating guests like we are disabled and cannot carry a single tea cup or adjust the air cooler on our own. its over the top customer service that it kind of defeats the real purpose. it is already annoying. as well as a simple smile would be good enough than greeting guests good morning or good evening the whole time, like every 1-2 meters someone is greeting me. too much. keep it real, we are all equals. also, the hotel needs to stack brochures of side trip tours i.e. island hopping, diving, boating, etc., on the front desk so guests can easily choose which tour company to go with. make it transparent with the end goal of assisting your guests in fully enjoying their stay
Friendly and attentive staff Slow check-in and check out,The toilet tub eas spoiled and had to call the engineering staff twice to repair it.
