After some not such good experiences with staff at other hotels I must say I was very impressed with the staff here ( and told them so). They were on the ball with every enquiry I had and their English level was excellent. Good buffet breakfast included. Just across the road from the Central Plaza shopping center it's well located for those who have to be out this way and away from central Bangkok. Those that like to take a bath well sorry, you're outta luck as there aren't any bathtubs. Only shower cubicles. A small minus against all the positives.
I reckon the food of 13 Coins lives up to its name...I really got to compliment the food.Great service by hotel staff....Jenny,Thomas and team...airport pick up service by 13 coins hotel is punctual..Breakfast is served right to your door step...internet signal is strong....
Room very small, no hot water, Shower spelled in bathroom floor, location hard for taxi to find and too far from Impact center.
The food is not very expensive and have a good taste the hotel staff is lack of smile and only a few of them can speak English
The people were very cordial. For the price payed the accomodations were adequate. The hotel lacks some things such as a drying machine, or hair driers on each room.
I agreed via email on a 24 hr stay, yet was asked to vacate the room at 14.00 hrs (checked in at 21.00 previous day. No internet in lobby, food poor and no english spoken. Did not/ would not accept USD for room quoted in US$, rather gave me an inflated Baht Xchange rate.
None. Very dissapointed with the Hotel. Cleanliness of the hotel is far below acceptance level. The hotel lobby with weird smell. The worse thing is we have food poisoning on the 2nd day as the result of taking the "Fresh Oyster" on the 1st day dinner. The sea food served is not fress..the so called fresh oyster are left at the side of the hotel lobby with some ice tube on top of it.. it was there for the so many days throughout our stay in the hotel.. my godness... the hotel food is lousy, breakfast also lousy.. Never have such a bad experience staying in such a condition hotel.. very regretted
I gave the taxi driver the contact number provided by your booking print-out but the number provided by you was their central reservations at a ditterent hotel, which the taxi driver took us to. The manager fixed this by provideing free transport to the airport next day.
Airport transport as prearranged with the 13 Coins Hotel staff was punctual and courteous.
