Points positifs : Lovely hotel tucked away in the Russian Market. Great location for exploring this area - would highly recommend staying here over more popular tourist areas like Riverside. Room was large and open (you must be comfortable sharing with someone!) and very clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Points négatifs : The balcony was quite small with a poor view. The breakfast was a good but lacking a little choice and quality.

Points positifs : The room is really nice, spacious, and the bed is really comfortable. The wi-fi is good too. The hotel is located not too far from the Russian Market and there are lots of good restaurants in the neighbourhood including that of the hotel itself. The staff are really nice, helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

Points négatifs : All staff could not understand English, there were no facewashers or soap or conditioner in the room, the kettle in our room had an Australian plug on it and couldn't be used. Room service brought the wrong thing, and no appropriate cutlery. The cocktails on the menu didn't remotely resemble what they should have. No towels by the pool. Staff did not respect the Do Not Disturb sign on our door. There were hundreds of pebbles on the floor that were meant to be decorative, however couldn't be avoided when walking to the bathroom, so constantly stood on them hurting our feet.

They were obviously very embarrassed about the whole situation and gave me a small gift, but this didnt really make up for a very disappointing and boring last day. Bed was very comfortable. Close to airport. That's the best I can say.
Points négatifs : Arrived 7pm on a Saturday after a long drive and a busy working week. Had treated myself to this expensive hotel to relax before long journey home. It is a very opulent house but not a hotel. The fittings are all very luxurious but the experience was a continuous let-down. Nowhere nearby to walk, eat or drink. Also difficult for tuk tuk drivers to find. Would have been happy to relax in the hotel room but the Tv was not working..only one khmer channel available... Apparently impossible to fix for the whole 24 hours of my stay. I was the only guest which meant there were few staff on duty. No lift and my room was on top floor. No pool. No balcony. No spa. No kettle in room, just a complicated coffee machine which only made espresso. No minibar. Room ok except for the broken tv but it was not very big and nowhere to lay suitcase to unpack except on the bed. No information in the room about what was available. (Maybe because nothing is!) Downstairs seating area wasn't comfortable (all wooden seats) and very hot as no aircon except in bedroom. Although I was the only guest staying on both days I had to pay extra $70 for late checkout to use my room till 8pm. But I later discovered at 6.30pm that I could not get a meal before going to airport as chef had gone home and would take too long for him to come back and cook before I left. Could not get a glass of wine, unless I bought the whole bottle. No tonic available for gin and tonic!. Finally asked for beer...staff had to go out on a moped to buy some! After this I decided to go early to the airport to get some food and a stiff drink....the car had to stop on the (very short) way to get petrol.... Really a big disappointment and not the kind of relaxing stay I hoped for...and reading other reviews suggests this has all happened before. Way way too expensive for what is being offered.....there are much better places for much less. So be warned.

Points positifs : The hotel was clean and we were welcomed with an icy lime-aid which was such a nice touch. The staff was a little clueless, but wonderfully sweet. Unfortunately, that's where the good part of our stay ended.

I understand that it's Cambodia, but we really splurged on a luxury hotel for the last two nights of our trip so that we were clean and comfortable and well rested for our flight. Without power, we lost air conditioning, water, and wifi-all things that are needed for preparing for the 40 hour trek home. The staff really did try to help out and brought some water and a bucket so we could take bucket showers. We also ordered breakfast both days and our orders were wrong EVERY TIME. We ordered eggs benny the first day and got eggs florentine-no big deal for me, but my meat eating boyfriend wasn't satisfied. We sent his back and when we got the replacement, it was the same meal with the lettuce taken out. They didn't even add meat and it was cold. Usually we'd just laugh and brush something like this off, but you can't claim to be a luxury hotel and then do stuff like this. Our coffee orders were also wrong both mornings. Just an overall huge disappointment.

Points positifs : The staff were sweet & very willing but they were all very young students with no experience & barely a word of English, no French or any language other than their own. The “manager” who was adorable & tried hard was not there for 36 hours because he was sitting exams, there were often times in the daytime when I could not find a single member of staff or other human being in the building (not even in the kitchens- I went everywhere looking for anyone at all). The owner was a mysterious, never-present “boss” who had to be consulted at every turn for the tiniest decision (even what wine I was allowed to have for dinner!) yet would not speak to me on the phone, never showed his face, clearly terrified his poor staff to whom I assume he was paying a pittance. My bedroom door was attacked in the night by a gang of five exceeding ply drunk, aggressive Cambodian men who checked into the hotel at 2am in that state with one young mini-skirted prostitute (5 men & one tart) in the room opposite mine and proceeded to try & break down my door for TWO HOURS from 2am to 4am. It was extremely frightening & noisy & violent. I rang down to “Reception” (there was only one young frightened student in charge of the hotel on his own at night) again & again, asking the guy to call the police, which he never did.p (the explanation was, “they are very rich Cambodians so it’s rather difficult”! In the end I had to threaten these drunken, violent men with the police myself by which time most of them had passed out. The student “manager” heard about it when he arrived at 9am or 10am next morning, asked me what had happened, rang the “boss”, apologised profusely & in an abject manner, said they were going to upgrade me into a much better “presidential” room on the floor below which they did BUT TGEN CHARGED ME THE FULL RATE FOR THAT FAR MORE EXPENSIVE ROOM!
Points négatifs : (Ctd) saying they shoukd never have allowed those violent drunks to check in at 2am, let alone with a prostitute they were then going to fight over! I did eventually get that night free for me & my son but not without arguing (via the invisible boss & à myriad phone calls) for two days. This hotel is a beautiful building, the food is good, the staff sweet & very willing, but without English or any other European language, & without any experience, they could not possibly do anything one would expect of a 5-star hotel such as change one’s ticket, check flights, book another hotel, or even know what wine they had or what the price of any bottle might be (again calls to the boss required!). This is a 3-star hotel in a lovely old building on a highway in the middle of nowhere in the grimmest suburbs. It is also insanely expensive in a town where all other hotels are incredibly cheap!

Points négatifs : Didn’t receive the free airport transfer that was included in our booking because it was “too early” (we needed to leave the hotel at 6 am). Gave us two twin beds and said the double rooms were sold out though the hotel didn’t seem busy. Breakfast started at 6 and when we asked if a breakfast box could be prepared for takeaway as other hotels do, that was refused. Not very good value for money and not really a concern for customer satisfaction.

Points négatifs : When I arrived no one at the reception. After a few minutes a girl, who didn't speak English, came to check me in but she was calling someone with her phone all the time and just started laughing when I asked questions. It took more than half an hour to get answers on how long it would take to go to the airport and to book a taxi.

Points positifs : The staff was kind to change my room from the initial one on the fourth floor to one on the second. The bed mattress while relatively thin was comfortable and I slept well
Points négatifs : The location was a bit difficult to find. Also compared to the hotels I stayed at in Battambang and Siem Reap for less, the room wasn't nearly as well appointed. Also there were no restaurants nearby.

Points positifs : The room was modern, large, neat, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also pretty big and spacious. It was perfect for an overnight stay as we needed to get to the airport in the morning. I'd even recommend this place for a long trip stay. The staff seemed very helpful and friendly as well.

I was checking out early to go to the airport and it was not a problem-the owner opened the front door for me. It’s not far from the airport-like 15 min. So I definitely recommend!

Points positifs : Stopped in for one night only, as we had arrived in the evening from an international flight and had an early domestic flight the next day. Check in was very straight forward. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed (air con, shower with hot water), however no toilet paper unfortunately (we made do with tissues provided in the room). Hosts were very accommodating for early check out at 5am. We didn’t have a chance to explore local area but we were very satisfied with our short stay - it suited us perfectly.

Points négatifs : Les chinois !!! Juste impossible de pouvoir dormir... 6 jours dans l'hôtel.. 6 fois réveillé à 5h30 du matin !! Car ils arrivent en groupe et se pensent seuls.. ils claquent les portes et parlent voir hurlent carrément.. Les chinois gâche juste tout. Même pour le petit-déjeuner ils vont venir prendre des photos à côté de vous et parler super fort .. bref.. Si vous voulez dormir jusqu'à 9h c'est mort.

Points négatifs : Le personnel m’informe de la possibilité d’avoir la baignoire ou la douche dans la chambre. J’ai demandé avec la baignoire et on me dit par e-mail que le nécessaire sera fait. À mon arrivée on me donne la chambre avec douche alors que le personnel m’a dit auparavant qu’il y a moins de clients suite aux actualités du virus.

Points négatifs : The WiFi was terrible, on our last day it wasn’t working at all, anywhere in the hotel. The tv signal was also prettt bad. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. There were ALOT of ants in our room everyday The breakfast, which was included, was very disappointing, very small selection and what was there was of poor quality. It was far away from busy areas so we needed to pay for taxis everywhere.

Points positifs : The room was quiet, clean, with a big bed and a big window with views at the city ( we where at 4* floor ). Hot water and bath. The breakfast is free buffet. Internet it was enough to work with no particular issues ( but still not so good to make a voip call ).
Points négatifs : Nothing to complain, is a standard hotel with no particular magic nor charm. We paid 20USD for a night: is expensive for Cambodia ( think in terms of local average salary ) but knowing the offer of rooms in the city, with breakfast included is not a so extremely bad deal. Breakfast has no magic but is fine.

Le système d évacuation des eaux usées ne permet PAS de prendre de bain, puisqu elle ne s evacue qu à la vitesse d un escargot endormi. Il manque un ascenseur, car avec un seul et 13 niveaux, le service est mauvais.

La climatisation fuyait en goutte à goutte dans la penderie de notre chambre, une partie des touches du coffre de sécurité était inopérante à cause de l'eau qui tombait dessus. Et pourtant l'hôtel n'a pas 2 ans ! Les chaussures d'intérieur fournies dans la chambre étaient trempées, il manquait le tapis de sol dans la salle de bain (fourni le 2e jour). Une autre tour-hôtel, pas encore opérationnelle, est située de l'autre côté de la piscine, les chambres ayant donc vue directe les unes sur les autres !

Points positifs : Pas de petit déjeuner continental. pas de céréales, ni de yaourt. La propreté des tables n'était pas au rendez-vous et le personnel s'occupait à chasser les mouches. Une petite pourrez laisser confirmer le peu de propreté en cuisine. L'hôtel a beaucoup de facilités mais elles sont vétustes voir hors service.

Points négatifs : En arrivant, oublie d'une valise sur leur véhicule qui nous accompagne à la chambre. La chambre qui était censé être non fumeur avait une forte odeur de cigarettes... Des traces sur les murs, la télévision qui ne capte pas, les fenêtres qui ne ferment pas (c'est moyen niveau sécurité)...

Points négatifs : Ce n'est pas vraiment un hotel mais un contry club qui dipose de quelques chambres. Elles sont males insonorisees et le service n'y est pas. La piscince est loin de l'hotel est impraticable car trop chaude. Vraiment decu de cet hebergement.

Points positifs : Staff was very helpful, even with a very late check-in and a very early departure. They can also organise an Airport Transfer. But you have to pay in cash! Very close to the Airport! The rooms have quite a few amenities.
Points négatifs : The rooms could've been cleaner, there were quite a few insects. The way from the lobby to the buildings is quite long and not clearly marked. It might therefore be difficult to find the way, even though they did drive me there after the check-in.

Points négatifs : Chambre twin alors qu'on n'avait demandé 1 grand lit. Chambre qui donne sur le boulevard, donc tellement bruyante que s'endormir fut très compliqué. De plus étant située au dessus du restaurant, elle avait en avait l'odeur. Restaurant avec peu de choix et rien de ce que l'on commandait n'était possible. Personnel du restaurant ne parlant pas anglais. pas ou peu de commerces alentour

Points positifs : Localisation très proche de l’aéroport (10mn) donc pratique pour un départ tôt le matin, par contre la chambre est sans fenêtre, le couloir très bruyant, la literie relativement mauvaise et la salle de bain est très limite du point de vue de la propreté

Points positifs : Le seul et unique point fort de cet hôtel est sa situation à côté de l'aéroport, pratique pour un départ matinal.
Points négatifs : Le lobby est très bling-bling mais ce n'est qu'une façade : fils électriques dénudés dans les escaliers et dans les chambres, cafards, cloisons recouvertes de planches de chantier en bois … voir photos attachées. De plus, l'hôtel est très bruyant : fenêtres simple vitrage donnant sur une grande avenue et chanteur/chanteuse dans le restaurant avec sono à fond !

Points positifs : I was not pick up at the airport as I was told. -Upon arrival the rate per night was changed. -They pretended that they didn't know anything about my reservation and they didn't have a room.available; when they cancelled my online reservation and I paid double the original price they asked, them suddenly there was a room available. They made the whole thing looked like was so difficult to find a room. The toilet and the basin was very dirty. The head shower was leaking from 4 points at the top. The telephone to dial from desk was not working and I had to go down to the lobby if I needed to talk to them. I don't recommend this hotel.

If we take them home we can congratulate ourselves....we were so angry about this - we were lucky that we only had to stay one night in this hotel. We packed our things very quickly in the morning, even though our flight only went in the evening. we preferred sightseeing with a tuk tuk driver rather than staying in this hotel for a second longer. in my opinion it should be closed
