Points négatifs : Price was very high. But people were friendly. Car was top notch clean.

Points positifs : The car performed well and was roomy enough for the family - the navigation system was useful.
Points négatifs : We were kept waiting for an hour before we were given the car, as when we arrived, the car was not on the lot. About an hour after our arrival, a family with 3 children returned the car after their road trip. The car was not properly checked when the family returned it. The car was also dirty inside (the youngest child, about 3 years old, was putting her feet on the back of the passenger's seat, thus, there were footprints all over). The staff offered to clean the car, however, explained that it would take another hour to do so. Seeing how we could not wait, we were forced to accept a dirty car, and didn't check it for scratches. Upon our return, the vehicle was checked thoroughly, and the staff determined that there were new scratches on the car (some of which were noted in our initial rental agreement, so really not clear as to how the "newness" of the scratches was determined). We were informed that there is now a large, new scratch on the car, which was assessed at 600EUR to fix. Luckily, our credit card company dealt with this, but the ordeal was not pleasant, to say the least.
Points positifs : Car was clean and comfortable. Mini Cooper had pep and speed that delivered on Germany’s Autobahn.
Points négatifs : Upon picking up the vehicle in Paris at the airport, I was told to hand-deliver my keys to a Sixt attendant at Munich’s airport. One problem: no Sixt attendants were working in Germany. When I visited the counter inside, an attended told me to take the keys back to the car as she couldn’t take keys.
Points positifs : Alll was well till the drop off. No one was in the kiosk I returned it to a guy in sixt uniform only one around. He had a small hand held device and check out the car and told me I was all set. We walked back to kiosk and he open door of a small white car and woman got out. She told me I’d get email

Points négatifs : Kayak/priceline should have disclosed that we had to buy insurance coverage. The cost was over $1000, and our car rental price on kayak/priceline was about $300. That's a significant surprise when you arrive at the airport. We felt trapped and as if we had no time to explore other options.
Points négatifs : 1. car unavailable, needed to by an upgrade not give as a curtesy but had low tire pressure, only next available car was another upgrade to pay. That car then had the Navi missing despite being paid for, but at that time we did not wanted to aim for another car due to time and running late.

Points négatifs : the gps system in the car was not always eccurate. Lewt us unable to find destinations at incorrect locations even given specific addresses
Points positifs : In general, the staff was very pleasant despite the poor staffing relative to customer traffic. The car was in great condition.
Points négatifs : The pick-up experience at the airport was awful. There was only one person attending the counter at 10AM with more than 6 people in line. We waited 45 minutes before reaching the counter. Afterwards, we had to wait 20 minutes for car to arrive and another 15 minutes for attendant to review car.

Points positifs : Unbelievable nightmare with the return. The gas stations were all on strike and Sixt demanded triple the price of a full tank. When I took the car out again in search for gas, they changed an already approved undamaged car and claimed a scratch on the front bumper. Only one attendant was there.
Points négatifs : I would avoid their CDG location at all costs.
