Points négatifs : DO NOT TRUST THEIR STAFF OR VEHICLES OR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTERWARDS!!!!! Upon check-in, I was advised the SUV I booked was not suitable for Tahoe winter (shouldn't all SUVs be winter-ready?!) so forced to pay double original booked total for a different SUV. That vehicle was NOT equipped for Tahoe winter - faulty frozen wiper fluid, bad windshield wipers, engine light on, brake noise on day 1,2! Wasted Hours on multiple days on addressing vehicle faults, and yet was not given even 1 hour extra to return the car on final day. I have spent 8 MONTHS trying to get reimbursed for the upsell charges I paid despite being given a vehicle that could not perform any better than original SUV booked at significantly lower rate. DO NOT RENT HERE because if there are issues you will not find ANY way to contact SIXT to get issues addressed. Every option by phone or website leads to literally no person or error messages on their website. Only when I finally gave them bad review on Yelp, months later, did someone reach out to me and tell me to email them and even then I had to follow up 2 times to get a response. STILL NO RESOLUTION after 8 months. I think they want you to eventually give up so they can keep your $. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Points positifs : Staff was friendly but the car was dirty and it smelled really strong to marijuana. They Offered us a discount but when we dropped off the car the staff was not aware of anything.
Points négatifs : Cleaner cars.
Points négatifs : Everything. The car wasn't available on Friday, the agency closed earlier. Leaving me no choices than cancelling my WE plans. Finally got another car (completely different quality of car by the way...) on Saturday morning. And to end up the process they overcharged me even more and I had to open a claim physically.
Worst experience of my life whereas I am renting cars very often (over the last 2 months I rented 10 different cars with multiple companies). I will never go to Sixt and I will spread the word and advise that everyone do the same.

Points négatifs : VERY slow at both pickup and dropoff. No effort made at helping us get a better deal on upgrade, would have been nice to have at least made an effort.
Points négatifs : All was fine until SIXT dropped a surprise one after dropping it off claiming I had gashed a hubcap and asking me to fill out a ludicrous full accident report
for it and asking if I called the police. Frombthe pictures they sent me I cannot for the life of me understand what they are talking about.
Points négatifs : Awful company. Avoid at all costs.

Points positifs : Friendly staff, clean off-airport office (not too many people around -- felt safe during covid), nice car, good price.

Points négatifs : I reserved a luxury mid-sized sedqn, when I arrived (on time), nothing even close was available, was given a station wagon, which wasn't even close to what I was looking for.
