Didn’t like anything. The lady at the counter was rude, my reservation was for 11am but I didn’t get the car until 1:19pm. The restrooms were out of service so I couldn’t even use the bathroom and they gave me a minivan that didn’t even have Bluetooth.Avis laissé le 17 mars 2022

We booked a car two weeks in advance but when we arrived with our group of 12 people, they had no car for us. When canceling the car on kayak to get our money back, we had to call multiple times and fight for them to return our money even though they didn’t have a car for us. Our battery died and we had to wait an hour in the cold for someone to show up, and the mechanic who did told us the battery in the car was old and not good and that we’d be “lucky” if we made it to our destination without another issue. It was so scary!Avis laissé le 3 janv. 2022

Points positifs :While we had to wait an hour for the car, the staff did their very best in a situation they could not control. They gave the cars out as quickly as they came in. They were friendly and upbeatPoints négatifs :It would have been nice if cars had been readily available. However, it appears the travel world is opening up again and it may take some time to adjust.
