It took me 41 minutes waiting in line to get a car. It should be better staffed given the pint of reservations that day.Avis laissé le 25 févr. 2023

2 hour wait to pick up. This is the second time this has happened, went next door to Sixt and was on my way in about 8 minutes as I didn’t have the time to wait in a ridiculously long line. LOTS of unhappy people.Avis laissé le 11 janv. 2023

San Diego combines all the large rental agencies in one line creating a 2 hr wait. It was unbelievable so we went with Payless to avoid the wait.Avis laissé le 11 janv. 2023

The car was in good condition and the car return was super quick. The shuttle to airport after dropping the vehicle was prompt. Perhaps the price I paid was a little high probably because the vehicle return was in a different location.Avis laissé le 2 janv. 2023

Thrifty provided an easy process to pick up and return my rental car. The car was clean and in great condition. The rental customer service staff were friendly and efficient. The only thing that could have been better would be if the counter was open 24/7. Our plane was late so we had to return to the airport the next day to pick up the car. But still a great rental experience and good value.Avis laissé le 8 nov. 2022
