Points positifs : Guy at desk in airport very nice. As was the attendant at the lot who gracefully gave me another car when the first one was found to be unclean. Car drove nicely.
Points négatifs : Both cars I was offered had obviously not been cleaned.. Dust on the dashboard, carpets dirty. The second was slightly better but when I wiped it down, steering wheel, dash board, gear shift, console, door handles, etc, the sanitizer wipes were obviously dirty.
Points positifs : Fortunately the pickup/dropoff points were very close to the terminal. The check-in process was easy as I knew what to do ahead of time. And the mid-sized car I rented was correct, and a nice rental. I planned my vacation around slow days so that I did not have to wait in lines, and I think that's why everything went as smoothly as it did.
Points négatifs : The only thing that gave me hesitation was the insurance. I had pre-purchased insurance and had received the confirmation, but once I arrived at the desk, it apparently not comprehensive. I ended up not purchasing additional coverage due to the lack of information before hand.
Points négatifs : Friendly check in, car was extremely clean and with the predictions of frost it was a scraper in the trunk. I thought that was outstanding
Points positifs : No, they tried to up sell me and that is the last time I will use Advantage.

Points négatifs : Was not provided the car I paid for over a month in advance. Also unable to get in touch with anyone for a partial refund as the car I was provided cost less than what I paid for. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE Advantage or EZ rental cars.
Points positifs : Walk to the car pick-up with bags was not good-too far,walked by several staff none of them said you have to have your pickup paperwork - so we went to pick-up without paperwork because we did not see the EZ-Car/Advantage all the way in the corner-had to go back with bags to get it :-( .
Points négatifs : The location of the Advantage pick-up was not easily seen (they have lime green outfits under EZ-Car or something like that) - i thought they were another company
Points négatifs : Waited 3/4 hour in line, computers were down, then the agent used every hard sell to get me to upgrade. The price I got thru KAYAK/priceline was $30 a day and they wanted $50. They finally said the only car in my category was a diesel and I didn't want it. So had to give in, pissed.

Points négatifs : Check in line was slow. Wrong space number was written on folder so we loaded all our bags into the same model but then when I asked for the keys at the booth was told we were in a different car (same exact model) and we had to move out of it.
Points négatifs : They dont tell you that your $107 reservation is really going to cost you over $500 because of "fees and deposits". I went to enterprise instead.
Points positifs : Great car, easy to drive.
Points négatifs : The upfront fees of gas felt like a con, and the woman insisted that we do it, and in the end we ended up losing money because of it and Advantage made some off of the extra gas leftover
Points négatifs : advertised as $55/day, but with taxes and fees it was more like $90/day. show this on the pricing !
Points positifs : Pickup went okay
Points négatifs : I was charged for fuel without being told at drop-off, even though I filled the car back up to above Full level. This was fraud. I found out about it only later when I looked at the emailed receipt and I had to go through the hassle of sending receipt of my refueling. I will never rent from them
