Points négatifs : Lots of fees and slow emergency roadside service when we got a flat. We purchased insurance but apparently needed additional coverage for roadside assistance which they never informed us of
Points négatifs : One person working check-in, the one person had to re-input all information regarding the rental, no info was transferred from reservation to check-in process which obviously takes longer. Check-in was a hot mess with masks, plexiglass partitions, BNA's still under construction terminal & rental facility and a less than enthused Hertz employee.

Points négatifs : Very poor signage to pick up at BNA which led me to several different spots only to be redirected from each (signs were very small and hard to find as well).
Points négatifs : The I was given had several mechanical issues including the brakes not working properly. After calling customer service they told me to take it to any hertz and they would give me a new one. I had to go to two different locations and both times they told me they were out of cars even though that clearly wasn’t the case. After getting upset they finally gave me a new car. They people at Hertz never apologized for the issues with the car. Extremely unhappy!

Points négatifs : The car was booked at the wrong Hertz location so I had to pay a taxi $20 to take me there from the airport which also caused me to be late for a business meeting. When I got there they didn’t have a car for me. So they had to take the car from the guy behind me. So it was not cleaned or washed. And fuel tank was only 1/4 full. And they didn’t know how much I booked the vehicle for. It was a disaster.
Points positifs : the drop off was super easy and the woman accepting the drop offs was extremely friendly
Points négatifs : The car I had chosen on the website was a jeep compass, I received a nissan rogue. I would have liked a jeep or something similar. I was told my rental was not available at the airport and had to travel to an offsite hertz dealer and waited nearly an hour for my car to be ready. The man helping us with the pick up went to fill the tires AFTER he rang us up for everything etc. This is something I would expect should happen as soon as the car is dropped off by the previous driver and not something someone picking up a car after a long flight should have to wait for. The car smelled like cigarettes when we picked it up.
Points positifs : I waited for 20 minutes when I arrived as employee was cleaning cars. I was then told that they did not have a car in the class I had paid for, I asked about a discount and was told that was not an option. I waited a half an hour to see if a larger car would be returned but one was not. So I paid for a full size car and left in a small Kia.
