hotel tres bien situé , bonnes prestations, aménagement de la chambre pas tres chaleureux, bon service

Suite à une erreur informatique nous avons été surclassés, le personnel a été parfait.

Le petit déjeuner est hors de prix.

L'Hotel est particulièrement bien situé. C'est un hotel magnifique et le personnel est très serviable. Même en étant pas un client de "première catégorie" vous êtes traité comme un hôte de choix. Vraiment une belle expérience, et le petit-déjeûner dans le Winter Garden est incomparable (et un peu cher = 22.50 € par personne).

Les chambres louées avec Booking.com ne sont pas les plus belles et sont situées dans l'aile des congrès, probablement les moins chères. Chambres un peu petites et salle de bains indignes d'un 5 étoiles;

Location was great

Keys stopped working every day and it takes a very long time to get from the room tothe front desk to get new ones. I also was unable to make my first night due to a change in our flight that was beyond my control and although I called more than 24 hours before arrival they would not refund my first night stay. I would not suggest pre paying. I have worked in hotels so I know there are always ways staff can make it up to you - free breakfast, bottles of wine, discounts on future stays etc. Nothing was done

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and it is in an excellent central location. The hotel reception is beautiful and the rooms are also in keeping with this. Our recent room was very clean, comfortable big bed and with all the amenities that you would expect. Prior to this we have stayed in one of the suites which are excellent but of course pricey. The general rooms are a good price - not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for.

We didnt book the breakfast as this made the room price too expensive.
