Points positifs : This was the worst rental car experience I've ever had. The line was 1 hour, 45 minutes alone. ALONE! Then, when we got assigned the car, they told us the car was boxed in and it would be another 5-10 minutes. Fine. We've already waited so long. But they LIED. We waited ANOTHER 45 minutes to get the stupid car! We asked multiple employees around where it was. 4 people said they'd look for it - never came back. One guy, the one who checked us out, told us it was beyond their control - "it's the pick of the litter!" WHAT? They got cars for nearly TEN customers who were BEHIND us. Why could we just switch cars? Finally, my husband went to go find the car. it was raised, and undergoing a deep cleaning. "it was left really messy, we need to clean it up." Okay.... why wasn't this done the night before? Why weren't we assigned a car that WAS READY?
When we finally got it, ti stunk like cigarrette smoke, and there were massive stains and dents that were NOT marked on the contract. They also noted it was a full gas gauge - WRONG. it was less than 3/4 full. They still wanted us to bring it back full.
Absolutely disgusting to drive in, and staff were so unhelpful and it was a long hot wait. Horrible. Do NOT recommend.

Points négatifs : They could have kept their word and provided me with a car as I had a reservation. Budget in Arlington canceled my reservation just ten minutes before I was supposed to rent the car. I was depending on them and could not have gone to another location at such late notice. They refused to listen that going to another location at such late notice was not an option (I repeated this multiple times) and went ahead and booked a reservation without my concern at another location. Horrible service. They should have informed me that they would not be able to keep their word well in advance. They were unapologetic and had a horrible attitude. The manager, who also claimed to be the owner of that branch, was the one assisting over the phone after another employees became extremely rude and nasty. Both women were horrible. I will never book a car with this location and would warn everyone to stay away.

Points négatifs : I just received a letter from the rental car company that I'd be charged $150 for returning the car dirty. The car was dirty when I picked it up and smelled like smoke. I'm sure there's video of me having an extended conversation with the attendant before leaving the garage. The attendant offered me air freshener and claimed that he'd noted in the oapetwork. Next time, I'll use Lyft or Uber. Kayak may want to partner with more reputable companies.

Points négatifs : The gate service could have been better. The man checking me out of the gate got smart with me and I just asked him a few questions while filling out the damage sheet of what I saw. Then upon leaving, either the gate was malfunctioning or the attendance were messing around. The gate first closed on my hood and luckily I wasn’t on the spikes. I looked back and waited for them to open and when they did the gate closed on the top of the car and luckily I didn’t get spiked but it left a long white mark on the top driver side. Thankfully its not serious. The guy behind me was in the same situation but he got spiked and of course he’s mad but his attendant said “It’s your car! It’s your fault!” I am a witness I don’t it was his fault and I hope he’s not charged for it. This was 12/13/19 around 11:00 pm.
