Pick up was poor. Customer service told me to go sit down my car wasn ready. Wouldn't take the time to discuss if a similar car would be available. Just repeating go sit down. Waited nearly 30 minutes to get a car. When I finally got my papers there were several cars that were the exact same make and model as what I got sitting in the row.Avis laissé le 24 avr. 2023

Dollar added an insurance charge that was more than the rental charge after I asked for minimum insurance. My bad for not reviewing the paperwork at pickup.Avis laissé le 2 janv. 2023

It took over 1 1/1 hours to get the car. There was only four people in line Employees at the counter seemed to be contract employees for Thrifty, dollar and hertz. They took hertz customers first During check in there was no one there you just left the car in the lineAvis laissé le 13 juil. 2022

In spite of them having 4 employees not so up for work on Friday the 13th, they did a good job considering the number of customers to deal with.Avis laissé le 16 mai 2022

We reserved and paid for a 7 passenger SUV. They gave us a 5 passenger car. It took three times of us going up to the car on the airport parking garage and back to the counter inside to get it right and then they forgot to give us the correct ticket to scan to leave the airport. It took over an hour to get the act picked up and leave the airport because of this.Avis laissé le 30 nov. 2021

Rental counter had a wait, only one issuer - and we weren’t explained how to retrieve the car. Also expected to pay the price listed but weren’t told airport fees, other fees and mandatory insurance costs prior.Avis laissé le 29 nov. 2021
