Staff were very helpful. Upgraded my selection but the car sat too low for me and was uncomfortable. That was not their fault.Avis laissé le 26 mars 2023

The staff and customer service were fine, but my car ended up not having any window washer fluid and the A/C was completely broke. Obviously neither were identified until I needed them.Avis laissé le 15 févr. 2023

Pickup and drop off were easy as they could be. Signs entering the Austin airport could have been more helpful when returning the car. We had to u-turn twice to get to the right place. That's not the fault of the rental car agencies. The car was clean and we were given a thorough walk around before pulling off. It drove and behaved beautifully. We returned the car two days early and there were no questions and our final charge was adjusted accordingly.Avis laissé le 23 juin 2022

Although we specified the drop off at the airport in the reservation, it didn't get reflected in the cost. An additional $150 drop is, well, a lot.Avis laissé le 4 oct. 2021
