Had to change out a flat and the spare was in good condition. More importantly, it was so easy to get a hold of a real human being on the phone to explain my situation and tell me where to go to exchange for another car.Avis laissé le 11 févr. 2023

The premium suv I reserved wasn’t so premium. A ton of air sound would come in from the windshield once I hit 45mph as if the weather strip was not properly replaced. The breaks were also very bad the vehicle should have been serviced before being rented out.Avis laissé le 12 oct. 2022

We were charged an extra $31 for being 3 minutes late on the drop off. Seriously? Everything else was great, including all of the people we talked with. If Corporate policy instructs a $31 charge for being 3 minutes late, we will never rent from Enterprise again.Avis laissé le 17 mai 2022

Space in the car was nice. It smelled like smoke, and there was a peeled orange still in the cup holder in the backAvis laissé le 5 avr. 2022

Pick up was so easy. The gentleman that was helping me was training a new team member and he was good at juggling me and the trainer. I liked being offered water and the extra cleaning measures taken in the rental.Avis laissé le 13 janv. 2022

The store that I booked the car rental was closing at 11:00pm which was the time I scheduled to pick up the car. The flight was going to be late, thanks god I notice this the day before, otherwise I would have been stranded in Detroit Airport with my kids and no rental car.Avis laissé le 4 déc. 2021

I did rent the cheapest little economy car, but it was a real dog. Sounded like it was going to blow the engine at any minute. Next time I’ll reserve a nicer car.Avis laissé le 8 nov. 2021
