Points positifs : Staff was very receptive and courteous. Vehicle was in excellent condition.
Points négatifs : Had a little trouble locating service counter in Airport. Waited for a shuttle only to find out that the car rental was on sight. Could use a bit better signage, however, we are not fluent in Spanish. Overall experience was very good.
Points négatifs : The vehicle was not in satisfactory condition. The tires had a leak and we had to stop to fill it on several occasions. The wheels were warped and the van would shake when driven.
Points positifs : Originally did not know that this was a after hours drop off location. I was concerned, as I have never just left the keys for a vehicle in a box. A few minutes after sropping off the keys, a gentleman who was cleaning the cars came by and I inquired. He said “come on over and I get you all taken care of!” He did just that. Great service and excellent prices.
Points négatifs : Reservation should have prompted me to be aware that this site would require me to drop off the keys in a box and park in the pay lot (even though I wouldn’t personally be charge).
No car when I arrived

Points négatifs : We had prepaid and booked a car and received a call the day of our expected arrival to confirm that we continued to be I tersted I. The car rental. Given the situation in Puerto Rico, and the challenges we had anticipated, we appreciated them checking in! However, despite our confirming our travel, when we arrived to the car rental location we were told there was no car available. We, along with the many others were left without transportation, despite our prepaid fees and confirmation. We travel frequently and rent in Thai location for over 9 years and have never had this issue. I understand the current challenges facing all areas of PR but am so disappointed that we were not told that they would not be able to acomidate us. Will think twice about using Thrifty in this location in the future.

Points positifs : This is the worst experience I've had. I reserved a convertible car two days in advance to pick up at BQN at 12pm I call to confirm at 10am and the receptionist said they dont have conv, and that the SJU (which is 2 hours away from BQN) office is sending a jeep in exchange for the conv. When I arrived at their terminal the vehicles available where 2 and in very dirty and smoking smell, and the jeep that was coming from the 2 hour drive was just an 1 hour and half still away, this is a disrespect for a company that calls themself organized, the receptionist rented me a hyndai tucson, which when I returned left a bag with some gifts under the drivers seat trying to secure it at the hotel parking, and when I called 30 minutes after returning the car BQN said the car was in its way to SJU and that there was no way to contact the driver in his 2 hour drive. It's this possible? And the SJU phones when I called no one answered, it's been a week after I contact both office, which gave a lame excuse saying they can't find the vehicle, I mean you don't know where the hell is you fleet? You can't track the damm vehicle and it's yours, I am sure the items where on the vehicle, you said it's not responsible for items left in vehicle, well its human to error, just like they did when the error on not telling me they did not have conv, and were not on time to delivered. they don't know how to respond to my missing items and have not got the pants to a least make a courtesy call to say what happened. This is a bad experience and I will not recommended based on this experience, and I do write and travel very often.
Renting during the holidays
Points positifs : It was available . Here have been instances, with other companies, where even after making reservations the vehicles are not available due to high demand during the holidays. Car was clean and in great working condition. Brand new.
Points négatifs : The price increase because of the holidays. Ended paying $100 a day.

Points négatifs : J'ai eu un peu de mal à trouver le comptoir de service à l'aéroport. J'ai attendu une navette seulement pour savoir que la location de voiture était sur la vue. On pourrait utiliser un peu mieux la signalisation, mais on ne parle pas couramment l'espagnol. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience était très bonne.
Points négatifs : Le véhicule n'était pas en état satisfaisant. Les pneus avaient une fuite et nous avons dû arrêter de la remplir à plusieurs reprises. Les roues ont été déformées et la camionnette se secouait lors de la conduite.
Points positifs : A l'origine, je ne savais pas que c'était un endroit de dépôt après les heures d'ouverture. J'étais inquiet, car je n'ai jamais seulement laissé les clés pour un véhicule dans une boîte. Quelques minutes après avoir sauté les clés, un homme qui nettoyait les voitures est venu et j'ai demandé. Il a dit : « viens et je vous fais tous prendre soin de moi ! », A-T-Il juste fait ça. Excellent service et prix.
Points négatifs : La réservation devrait m'avoir incité à être conscient que ce site m'obligerait à déposer les clés dans une boîte et de se garer dans le lot de paye (même si je ne serais pas personnellement charge).
