We reserved a dodge caravan, and we’re expecting something a little newer. We understand that it is difficult to get new vehicles for rentals, but this van seemed quite worn. Maybe it’s because of being so close to the ocean. It was adequate for our needs. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful…top notch. Drop off was quick and easy.Avis laissé le 11 août 2023

Well, we were charged extra for second spouse driver for the first time ever. The vehicle we had was damaged, the rear hatch gate would not stay closed. There was tape marks around the gate. There was only one car left in our size range. We did not make it 10 miles from the airport when we realized one of the tires was flat and had a bolt in it. Pick up was easy and the options for car selection was good enough. Upon returning the car rental, we were a bit worry as there was no enough people on site as we were told to just left the key inside the car and left. I was impressed with Hertz especially on pick up. The area had lost power and I thought we would not be able to get our rental vehicle because of this. Hertz was well prepared for this and did all the paperwork manually and pretty darn fast too. Very impressive.Avis laissé le 20 déc. 2021

What I prepaid at the time of booking on your site was more than $100 more expensive if I had done it on Hertz website a week before my trip. That was not what I expected from your service. Pick up was awesome. Why tell me a Jetta or similar when there are no Jetta's only Kia's. Vehicle served it's purpose. At drip off no one wearing masks. I our face trying to get to dash to do is job. I asked him to don a mask and did not. Said, oh I just left it over there, but did not get it and no-one else was wearing masks. Did not proeed to don later.
