Travelodge by Wyndham Lincoln

Nothing at all I want a refund I got there they gave my room away I have health issues they made me walk all around looking for empty room on abandon floor of the hotel no elevator only to call the cops an tell me to leave cause they had no room

Then I had to call ambulance cause I couldn't breath cause I couldn't believe how I was being treated they didn't give me my money back or guns a room told the cops I had to go wow i want my money back

We were put in a smoking room without being asked. Place was undergoing remodeling - was a ¿dump¿.

The staff was helpful and polite

There key cards were not working so they sent us to motel 6 and are sink fell in and got water all over so they put us in different room and when we got to that room it was dirty. I had to strip the beds and remake them and clean up the room.

Only good thing was the Price. They didn't have a room for us so we were sent to the Motel 6 which is behind this hotel which is a long term slum lord ran hotel.

The whole hotel isn't maintained or clean and needs to be updated & fixed. Example: missing tile in shower and extremely dirty, fire alarm not installed on wall (sitting on shelf) sink backed up every time you try and use it along with the toilet.
