The wait to get a car was extremely long. Once we got the car, got the car seats and kids loaded wenheaded to the check out. We thought we were on our way, when we get to the drive out, we were told that we could not rent the vehicle because it had a recall. We then had to get another car, but the keys had to be found before we could unload the original car, our bags, kids and car seats. By the time we were done this process added another 30 or more minutes to or ability to drive out.Avis laissé le 16 mai 2023

The pick-up in Dallas was horrendous! The line was about 10-12 deep when we started standing in it. There was only one person at the desk and about 1.5 hours later we were able to pick up the car. There should have been at least 2 persons working the desk! Due to the delay in getting the car, we missed the family dinner that we were in Dallas to enjoy! I'll never rent another car without registering for a quick pick-up/fly through!Avis laissé le 15 mai 2023

Completely unaware of a 80.00 charge for returning a rental car early. The truck smelled like a wet dog inside and was so dirty. I will not ever return to this place again.Avis laissé le 18 avr. 2023

I filled the gas tank up at the gas station across the street, however I was still charged for gas upon returning the vehicle, When I picked up the car, I heard another customer complaining about the same thing. They seem to be running a scan and saying that the cars are going out with 18.8 gallons of guess and coming back with 17.Avis laissé le 4 août 2022

As I returned the car, a fuel charge was added and billed to my credit card. When I noticed it on me receipt I went to the front desk, waited 1 hour in line and asked them to remove it since I had chosen to refuel the car myself - on the agreement. It would be better to check the agreement first before cashing out the order. That way these mistakes aren't made.Avis laissé le 3 mars 2022
