Points négatifs : It did not seem staff were prepared for the amount of reservations that had been made. We were the last flight in and one person was running the counter for Budget, Avis and the Payless counter. Staff were not able to login easily which led to like swaps and outdoor waiting for many customers. The staff handled the stress well. Following pick up everything else went smoothly.

What is the point of a Reservation, Is it to reserve a car?
Points négatifs : I used the website to reserve a car. I get on my flight and come to pick up my car, and I am told that my car is no longer there. So my options are to upgrade to a 15 passenger van or pay more for a premium car. Why did I make a reservation with this company if they were not going to save me the car that I reserved. I could have picked another company who understands what reservation means.
Points positifs : The car was clean, spacious and smelled good.
The return of the car went smoothly and quickly. I was able to catch my flight with much time to spare.
Points négatifs : We were encouraged to upgrade at a lower cost. We did upgrade but the total was $100 higher than what we had previously ordered.

Points négatifs : Kayak said it would cost $71, ended up being more than $250 and there were a lot of unmentioned fees. Granted I am 23, and I know there are stipulations when you're not over 25, but I did book the Kayak reservation under the page "under 25 rental car" from a google ad.
Secondly, terrible service when checking in, the car didn't even have cruise control for my 9 hour drive and 9 hour drive back. I now have horrible leg cramps. What kind of a car doesn't even have cruise control for $250 for 3 days.....
