okay hotel unfriendly staff and no knowledge about online booking process and confirmation of payment. Stayed there for Two days from October 5th to 7th, 2015, The Front desk did not accept my claim that the booking is prepaid despite I showing the receipt of the payment. Insited that this payment is only hold on my credit card, but fact was I paid online through my debit card and money is already deducted from bank. So the hotel made me pay again on check out, now I have paid double the charges. On calling their customer care, they told me to contact after two days, as they don't get payment till saturday of every week. No update from hotel after that
