I got to hotel around 11pm and didn't know there was additional parking in a/the garage. Turned out not to be a problem, but it would have been had the weather been bad.

Je vais souvent dans cette chaîne d'hôtels et bien qu'ils soient bons, c'est une chaîne moins chère, c'est ce que je recherche. Ce Fairfield avait un meilleur design. J'ai aimé la chambre ainsi que la salle à manger à côté du hall. Un look et une sensation plus modernes.

Points positifs: Love that it is connected to shopping and restaurants! The staff is fun and friendly. They have fruit infused water that is so refreshing! My favorites have been lemon blueberry and lemon strawberry.
Points négatifs: They have stopped doing shuttle service to and from the airport. So you either have to call a taxi or an Über. It’s not cheap to stay here so, an added expense is not ideal. When we travel with our kids, we will probably have to stay somewhere else that offers a shuttle.

Points négatifs: Everything you normally get with the cost of the room was extra. Wifi was $12, bottled water was $5. You would think the hotel could provide wifi for free. We did not purchase anything other than the room for the night. Overnight parking at the hotel was included. It is valet parking only.

Points positifs: Everything!!!! Super clean. Very comfortable room. The best staff ever.....they couldn't be any nicer and they provided excellent customer service in every area of the hotel. A special shout out to Lance (works at check in desk), he was the first person we encountered when we arrived and he was fast, polite and all about making us feel comfortable from the start.
Points négatifs: Loved everything. HOWEVER, It was pricey. I think they should give some sort of discount on food and beverages to reward members. It really adds up when you stsy on the premises a few days.

Well I was charged valet rate while the Valet did not allow me to drop my luggage at the drop off area and I had to carry my luggage all the way from the parking to check in and the next day after checkout. The charge was $36 while the valet could have told us that we would have been able to self park for $12. Then the valet wanted us to park our bikes in an odd wedge like parking. If Im paying the rate of a car I want my bike parked at a parking space.

Points positifs: We have been in a fair amount of hotels during our travels and I'm reluctant to give this hotel it's due because once the word is out, reservations will be hard to get. Katrina runs about the best kitchen we have seen, clean, good breakfast food and always well stocked.....and oh, did I fail to mention how friendly and attentive she treats her guests. Overall great experience, even a free shuttle to the casino and meal delivery's available from a third party.

Points négatifs: The only complaint I had and it was not a deal breaker by any mean is that the room we stayed in had no overhead lighting and was dim at night. We did have a floor lamp and 2 table lamps but in such a large spaciou6 (and beautiful) room it wasn't sufficient lighting for reading or say preparing your clothing the next day. Ex: I couldn't tell how wrinkled a suit was in that lightning. There was 3 very large windows and during the day I was able to open the drapes and have sufficient lighting for all task.

Points positifs: The staff and service were the best that I have ever experienced. Everyone there was very helpful and looking for ways to make my stay the best that it could be. Everyone had a smile on their face and appeared that they enjoyed their jobs. I felt comfortable and relaxed because of the pleasant environment that the staff created for me. There was a bar and full kitchen (including silverware, dishes and plates) which was very convenient when we had leftovers from meals. We could store them for later in the large refrigerator. The shower was amazing! It was LARGE! It was also glass which made it feel open. The shower head of course provide a nice shower of water.
Points négatifs: The beds weren't comfortable. However, they had 4 pillows per bed and each one was a bit different so I was able to find the one that I liked for sleeping. The furniture wasn't comfortable in the living area. If they would've had some pillows that would've made the difference. One person in our group experienced an allergic reaction to something in the room ( sneezing, runny nose). I didn't experience that. Maybe they had just cleaned the carpets and the chemicals bothered her. IDK.

Points positifs: Tout dans cet hôtel était super. Nous étions là pour le championnat national de football de l'université et le personnel a tout fait pour nous faire sentir à la maison. Les prix ont été élevés pour l'événement, donc le meilleur rapport qualité/prix. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été très contents.

Points positifs: - Le petit déjeuner se démarque de tout ce que nous avons fait : jus préparé spécialement le matin et fruits frais et salade de fruits très appréciables qui nous avait jusqu’ici tant manqué - Accueil et personnel au top lors de nos problèmes : techniciens qui a tout vérifié de manière très poussée et professionnelle et équipe manager de l’hôtel qui nous a changé de chambre immédiatement. Donc des problèmes mais l’hôtel a fait le nécessaire rapidement donc merci à eux
