Points négatifs : More clear signage when I dropped off. I went inside which after waiting a half hour to be waited on bc they were very busy I found out I didn’t need t be inside I could’ve gotten help with someone outside Diane was extremely helpful and apologetic She was aware of everyone waiting and told customers in line they would be helped soon which is nice in this day and age that she acknowledged the customers waiting

Points négatifs : Proper functioning equipment. The EZPASS was defective and had to pay tolls on the skyway by credit card and will be likely fined by the illinois tollway for unpaid tolls.
Points positifs : The agents were very nice so I have no issues with the staff. I have an issue with product availability, my reservation was for a Large SUV at 10 am, I was told they do not have cars so there is an hour wait, and I ended up waiting for 2 hours, got a different car and now I am having issues with over charges. The Agent at Chicago O'Hare, on 25 Jul 20 at 10 am, was really nice and he did have a nice attitude which I was surprised by since he was the only one handling both DOLLAR and THRIFTY customers. No Managers in site and or other agents in site to help out, which seems unprofessional and shows lack of preparation from the managements points of view.
Points négatifs : Once a reservation is made, have those cars ready per the reservation. I, along with many other customers waited longer than an hour to get a car. But since my car was changed I am not having issues with billing, even thou I was informed by the agent i would not be charged the amount on the original reservation. I was charged accordingly for the other vehicle, which I had no issues with.

Points négatifs : Return was not logged in until i called 3 days later. Spending 30+ minutes on hold to get a service representative suggests I am not the only one experiencing issues with Thrifty.

Points négatifs : The pickup took way to long. I saw another company process 4 customers while I was getting my car.
The drop off was easy, however my return didn't get processed so I started getting charged for additional days after I turned my car in.
Points positifs : The car was a nice model and after the long wait at check-in, the attendant was friendly and very helpful.
Points négatifs : The car smelled like someone had been smoking pot in it. It was pretty unpleasant. The wait time at check in was also a lot longer than I would have expected.
Points positifs : The lady working the counter was friendly and great at what she does, it went quick, and she reminded me about the Chicago tolls, I was very glad to have bought a toll pass.
Points négatifs : Signs in the garage, I had to roam around a bit to find the spot. Spot numbers on the floor are kind of worn off.
Points négatifs : Staff not super friendly and aggressive with the upsale options
Points négatifs : Was given a car that had been smoked in before, then was charged for the cleaning fee for it when I didn't ever smoke in it.
