Points positifs : Staff all great. Pick up very convenient, drop off kind of far from the airport. Made flight tight, but overall experience was great. Car was great. Got a nice free upgrade and price was fantastic for a drop off in a different city.

Points positifs : Nothing - location hard to find, no cars available after making advanced registration, no warning to customers it would be 4 to 6 hours to get a car. This location was horrible.
Points négatifs : The location could have ensured my car was not given to someone else, along with the 5 other people there they told the same thing, after advanced reservations were made. I had to Uber to the MIA airport to pick up a car - will Alamo cover those additional costs?

Points négatifs : When we arrived the location was packed with people and it was an over 2 hour wait to get our car.

Points négatifs : Took 45 minutes to get my car, car was dirty inside, transmission was skipping on the freeway.
