It took us 1 1/2 hour to pick up the car!!!!!!! We got to the counter in the middle of the night and there were only two workers at that time. When we went to pick up the car, there were only Teslas available. We had no idea how to drive the car and there was no one to help. thankfully we found a site online to help. It was difficult to drive a car we don't know anything about. Dropping it off was quick and easy.Avis laissé le 27 avr. 2023

Terrible service, dirty vehicle, downgraded to a smaller suv than what we reserved, long wait times (over an hour), so many issues including forgetting to give us the remote key to our vehicle before we left.Avis laissé le 9 avr. 2023

Waited in line for over an hour at the airport to process my reservation because they only had 2 employees working the counter. Then went to the lot and waited 40 minutes while the car was cleaned.Avis laissé le 3 avr. 2023

We waited in line at the counter for 40 minutes & then waited to get the car itself in the garage. We didn’t get the car we paid for because it would have been a longer wait.Avis laissé le 26 mars 2023

Mid-sized SUV was extremely small, and not mid-sized. We had to wait for a car to be cleaned and ready despite having a reservation. Staff was very friendly though.Avis laissé le 18 mai 2022

Line was insanely long (easily over an hour) and I was only in town less than 24 hours. Ended up renting another car from National as they did not have a single person in line.Avis laissé le 2 mai 2022
