Points positifs : Yes the staff was friendly and accommodating. Drop off was super easy and short walk to terminal.
Points négatifs : I had to pay for a taxi to take me 2.5 miles to Hertz Car rental. I really don’t like taking taxis.

Points négatifs : I did not feel I got the car I paid for. Our original plans were to be travelling with four people all with large suitcases. Website provided the indication I was to receive a fullsize luxury vehicle. A Chrysler 300 or similar. It ended up being only the two of us. What I received was a very small crammed Cadillac XT SUV. It would have seated four small people comfortably, It only held our two suitcases and definitely would not have accommodated us as per our original booking. I questioned why we were being a given such a small car (small SUV) at the counter at time of pick up and the representative looked at me with a disgusted look and said "It is a Cadillac !!", to make me feel like I should be ashamed and that I was wrong to ask for the larger luxury vehicle that I booked. If it was a Cadillac Escalade, a Lincoln Navigator or any vehicle similar in size to a Chrysler 300 I would have been perfectly fine. When I walked out to the parking lot, the Hertz section had only five vehicles, all small cars and our small SUV. We would have had a serious problem if it was the two couples as per our original travel plans. With no other vehicles in the lot any further discussion or argument on the matter would have bee futile. We loaded our two suitcases (1 large and 1 medium size) in the back, as they just barely fit and drove off with mindset that I had been taken advantage of and that I just had to put up with it.

Points négatifs : After paying more to get the car at the airport, nobody was working the counter. Waited 45 min arguing with Hertz on the phone. Someone showed up to pick up keys from drop box. Drove us to another location. Missed meeting and lost lots of money. Car had around 40000 miles and big burn hole in seat.
Points négatifs : Never showed up. I was not able to pick up a car.
Points positifs : Mohammed at check-in was super friendly, and the check-in process was really fast and easy. We even got a bit of an upgrade from what we requested.
Points négatifs : My only complaint was that the SUV we got was not very clean inside. There was quite a bit of pet hair and crumbs all over the place, although it did smell good inside. Also, the rear door was very hard to open, and the sensor on the dashboard kept saying it was open, when it wasn't.
Points négatifs : There were no representatives at the airport location (IAG). Took over 2 hours to complete a process that should have taken no more than 15 minutes.

Points négatifs : NO one at the counter when we arrived . After waiting 15 minutes , had to call Hertz central to have them notify the one and only employee to come inside to the counter and take care of us . He was outside parking cars. Who knew there was one guy??? This is not an employee problem ,but under staffing by the company.

Points positifs : Nothing! Absolutely nothing good!
Points négatifs : First Cars badly damaged and super dirty. 2nd car super dirty and after I returned car hertz continued to charge credit card daily. Hertz kept my account open after returning a not damaged accident car. Rude customer service, couldn’t explain the continuous daily changes, so I had to call everyday to question charges, and finally called my credit card to block hertz daily charges.
Points positifs : The car got me from Point A to Point B and was decently fuel efficient.
Points négatifs : There was no one at the airport rental desk for my pickup and I had to wait an hour and 20 minutes before we could get anyone on the phone to help because no one would pick up. Someone came and picked us up and took us to another off site hertz dealer and got us our car. The car was old, didn't have a key fob, and the only way to lock it or unlock it was to insert the key to the passenger side door because none of the others worked. I'm thankful to have gotten a car that got us where we needed to go, but I for sure won't be renting here again.
