Points négatifs : 3rd party sites dont cover all the requirements needed. Bad coverage was offered by 3rd party insurance. No refunds available....even though the 3rd party caused the loss. Will never rent from again.

Points négatifs : The gentlemen checking me in was rude. He was more interested in his personal phone. The car was not ready and was not clean so I had to wait . Once I waited a half an hour more the car was still not clean but I took anyway because I was due to leave the city. Customer service and overall lack of respect is an issue at this location. I still have not received the final bill even though I called the day after I dropped the car.

Points négatifs : My reservation was not found when I arrived to pick up my car. There is no 800 number that I could have called to sort this out with KAYAK. Hertz accommodated me very well, but I would never recommend to use this service to book in the future.
Points négatifs : You don't have a customer service phone number. Please have some-one call me on 323 518 4616 asap. Otherwise you will be fully reported to the company in which you co-join.

Points négatifs : -No customer service skills, -Employees felt that their conversation about what they did the night before was more important than helping the 7 people in line. -Better training for the employees on rules and regulations. 90% of people go paperless in parts to the rest of the world going green. For them to sit there and say they have to have 2 different bills that is mailed to my address was obscured! To turn away a customer because they did not have these two "home" bills, even though I was a prepaid customer is just unheard of. Very, very bad for business.
