They called right before they closed the evening before I was picking up the vehicle to say they didn’t have the vehicle I had reserved (a minivan). It took an hour to talk to an actual human who said no minivans were available in the entire area and that she was very sorry. Thank you, Enterprise, for helping me out of a real problem. Wilmington didn't have our van, we had to be sent to another town to pick up what we had rented. When we got there, the van was not clean and was completely empty of fuel. The drop-off was supposed to be at Orlando airport, but they had changed the location without telling us other than in small print on the last page of the printout they gave us.Avis laissé le 3 juin 2022

You get what you paid for-- NOTHING. Supposedly the military was in town and rented ALL the cars including the 1 I reserved and PAID for in advance! This is 2and time I'm left empty-handed with Hertz. They really do suck. First time, their PCs were down ALL weekend starting Friday and probably Monday of the following week too! Again NO CAR for me. And again, PAID in advance! NEVER AGAIN. I DONT CARE IF THE CAR IS FREE because very likely you AINT gonna get a car!!Avis laissé le 27 avr. 2022

Car pickup arrangements unclear. Was just told where car location was but space not even written so I had to wander around looking for car. Car seat had cigarette burn and radio scratched and discolored. Could get out of parking garage until someone came to help. Car ride well. Points positifs :Agent was professional and thorough. Good mileage.Points négatifs :The car was not clean. There were bits of food in the console and the inside of the windshield was smeared. There was cleaning spray residue everywhere. I had alcohol wipes and cleaned for 1000 mile trip. Pick up time was long because of 1 agent and line. I reserved a Mazda "or similar". Learned belatedly Mazdas are never available. Manual was missing so never figured out how to set cruise control.Avis laissé le 20 mars 2021
