Le rideau de douche avait un trou, le robinet du lavabo de la salle de bains était desserré. Le bec de la douche fuit, la baignoire était bouchée, a demandé e fois des tissus et personne n'a jamais eu ma boîte

J'ai essayé des chambres 4 étoiles dans d'autres hôtels et nous sommes bien mieux que le Westin. La chambre était trop petite et encombrée.

Superbe hôtel , personnel charmant , service de navette vers l'aéroport super pratique , tramway en face de l'hôtel qui vous mènera vers la plage ou vers deux centres commerciaux ( 3 arrêts possible pour seulement 5 USD ! ) délicieux restaurant ...hôtel à recommander !!!

Ils avaient perdus nos réservations et lors du premier séjour une des chambres n'était pas très propre. Par rapport au prix il est dommage de ne pas avoir internet gratuit.

The pillows were SUPER comfy, however they still didn’t drown out the sound of planes taking off every 15 min starting at 6 am.
I was so excited to arrive to the hotel because it’s reputation of excellence, quality, good customer service, high-class, and cleanliness precedes them. I was truly let down by my experience here. When we got to our first room it reeked of cigarette smoke and the bed looked like Goldilocks had been testing whether or not it was “just right” for sleeping in...we asked to change rooms. When we got to the second room the bed looked like the sheets had been changed...thank goodness, but the door to the adjoining room looked like it had been tampered with. I unlocked the door on my side (just to investigate) only to find the room next door had not yet been cleaned (housekeeping didn’t stop by to clean it until 2 days after we arrived) hmmm...I wonder if that‘s why check-in times are AFTER 3 pm. That’s when I heard the planes taking off. The stay went downhill from there. When I was getting ready to order room service, not a menu was in sight. I had to call the front desk to ask where it was located in the room. That’s when we were told that room service would not be provided to guests due to covid and that we could order take out or eat outside from the Dailey Grill, the in-house restaurant (the front desk should have informed us of that at the time of check in). When we decided to stream a video, the volume on the TV was up SO high, I’m sure my family back East heard the movie! The volume button on the remote didn't work so I had to “turn the volume down” by stuffing clothes under the tv where we thought the speakers were located. It was still super loud. In the bathroom, the only lotion tube had definitely been used as it was half empty because it had not been replaced with new bottles. To add insult to injury there was--what appeared to be pubic hair in the tub! The night before our last stay, I ordered a hot green tea from the daily grill and it tasted—and smelled like—seaweed. The alcoholic beverage I ordered with dinner was lacking in the main ingredient...alcohol! The salmon was VERY bland and not seasoned...come to think of it, nothing on the plate was seasoned. Due to covid, there was not a lot of hustle and bustle that you’d normally find in a hotel that’s located close to the airport. With that said, I’m sure there were MANY other rooms that guests could have been placed in besides the ones closest to the landing strip at LAX. Every morning I was awakened by planes taking off every 15 minutes starting at 6 am. I was so tired by the afternoon a nap at that time would’ve been welcomed, but alas, more planes were taking off to new and exciting destinations! Ha! I had high expectations for staying at the Westin because of its reputation. The Westin in LA DID NOT live up to ANY part of those expectations! I will not spend my hard earned money on a “High-end” hotel where it can be compared to that of a Best Western.

The room we entered had some used glasses of drink kept right outside which kind of made it look very shabby.
My only complaint is that the Executive floor rooms do not offer any amenities during the weekend. I checked in on Friday night as I couldn't get a flight home that night and hoped to enjoy the complimentary cocktail and breakfast which was not offered.
I like how clean n big the hotel was. All the staff where great and it was a great comfort relaxing
I didn't like how the hotel didn't have me in there computer system after I booked online with booking. Com then once it was settled after calling they had me in for a different price then what I was told but it became all salted but I don't feel that I should of been the one to make sure everything was correct

Excellent business ammenities and common areas, including fitness centre. Also great concierge service and event planners.
The room type booked and confirmed on booking.com was not available when I checked in. Furthermore, the rate confirmed on booking.com was not what I was charged for the room. The hotel blamed booking.com for the mistake. Very disappointing. That said, after a lot of negotiating with the hotel management, they eventually matched the quoted rate. So hotel management was good.
The bed was great, service was pretty good as well.
Not sure whether it was an issue with the hotel or booking.com but the hotel did not have our reservation when we got there and needed to contact booking.com for the record and confirmation while we stand in front of reception. It made the registration most unpleasant after a long journey.
Easy check out and close to LAX. The waiter for our dinner was very attentive.
The bedskirt was stained, the staff at the hotel lobby bar were terribly slow (waited 15mins before being able to order and asked for assistance multiple times). The hotel swimming pool needs a facelift, looks old and worn. The room airconditoner kept turning off, had to wake up mulitple times to turn it back on.
The hotel was very close to the Airport. Was serviced with an Airport Shuttle & was easy to navigate into the tourist areas with the help of a hire car & navigation system
Was pretty expensive for the first night (compared to other LAX airport hotels) but got a great deal for our second night/late check out.
I loved the idea that the total hotel was smoke free. My room was so relaxing. I enjoyed every moment in my room. Your gifts shop carried some very unique items that I bought because I had not seen these items anywhere else and they made perfect gifts.
The hotel seemed very cold to me. I had to wear a sweatshirt everyday and I am sure the outside temp was at lead 1oo degrees. I was also disappointed when I went to go to the lunch cardt on Sunday and there was none. I did not get my lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap replaced daily. I loved the fragrance and used much of what I did get. I even liked the scent so much I went down to the gift shop to see if the lotion was sold there. The other down side for me was the fact I earned a free weekend day however I only have three weeks to take advantage of that. Since it is summer those weekends are already booked. I would have loved to have brought my husband to thise hotel so he could experience and traquility that I did.
When I checked in they did not have my reservation. I had the confirmation from Booking.com. This delayed my checkin and could have resulted an a no vacancy as they seemed quite full. I was not pleased.
