Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Il se mettent en quatre pour vous aider. Les chambres sont superbes et très propres. Nous y avons séjourné 7 fois et je vais revenir. J'adore l'emplacement. Il n'y a rien à dire.

J'ai apprécié l'hôtel. C'était très agréable. La nourriture était excellente. J'ai eu l'un des meilleurs petits déjeuners que j'ai eu depuis des années. Le restaurant japonais est l'un des meilleurs. Ma première chambre sentait tant la peinture que j'ai eu un mal de tête en moins de 15 minutes. La deuxième chambre puait, mais était tolérable. On m'a dit que le problème venait de la construction.

L'Atmosphère et le personnel sont toujours trés agréable. Le bar dans le lobby est trés agréable Les chambres méritent une rénovation. le layout du buffet pour le breakfast est un peu confusing
Le personnel était des plus énergiques, chaleureux et accueillant. Le buffet du petit déjeuner a besoin de changer le menu tous les jours ou au moins deux fois par semaine.
Le personnel est très sympathique et se souvenait toujours de mon prénom. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour faire du shopping, pour dîner et faire des affaires. Le buffet petit déjeuner était très bon.
Nice clean newer hotel! Like most hotels in Manila Area , they are starting to charge a premium like they are New York or Paris ect! It's still the Philippines but poeple are coming and paying these prices so I really can't blame them! I just don't see it, coming here the last 15yrs! the traffic is impossible, so plan on walking!
Top things about this hotel in order: Location (you cant find any better), Staff, The Bed, Bathroom, Minibar, Spa, The Cityview, and Security. The rates are too exaggerated, You can find other much cheaper hotels with similar qualities, nothing very special about it for such a price

The space of the apartment was excelent... Front desk friendlyness might need to be improved.

The floors were extremely dirty. Always had to keep shoes on otherwise feet were black on bottoms. We were even in the penthouse suite where you would think they take more care.

We stayed here only because we missed our flight and the Holiday Inn was full. We wanted to stay near the popular shopping areas (Glorietta and Greenbelt). The location was excellent and they upgraded our room so we had a washer/dryer, kitchen and separate bedroom. This was perfect because we desperately needed to do laundry and didn't want to spend extra money on laundry service. It was also nice that we could cook our own meals and didn't have to spend a ton eating out and the Landmark grocery store was only a short walk away. We will probably not stay here again because they allow smoking in the rooms so once we made it home, all of our clothes that we just washed smelled like cigarette smoke. The worse part was the little ants that crawled around the whole room even the dining room table. We noticed it the second day there and had all of our luggage on the floor so we were paranoid that ants got into our luggage. We even found some crawling in bed with us. We were very ready to leave.
The folks at the Ascott were super friendly, from the front door, to check in on the 6th floor, the restaurant was very good, staff attending to the room all were outstanding. Have been coming to PI for 10 years 20 plus trips. 1st stays were at New World, last 6 years have been at the Dusit...price/value was better in comparison than both of those hotels...we were in the old wing, rooms were spacious, we did check out the newly remodeled wing and it is newer for sure...the location next to Glorietta was great and only a 12 minute walk thru the mall to get to the Greenbelt Mall and theaters. We will be staying at the Ascott from now on. PS loved the pool area and the Jacuzzi There was nothing to complain about at all
Location Ascott could not locate my reservation even when given my confirmation number and booking agents number. Front desk did not know what to do, they wanted to charge me double my original paid reservation and credit my paid reservation when it came through.....WHAAAAAT! Very late and tired, no one offered to make it right, front desk seem to have attitude. I finally called Kayak and had them locate original reservation which was faxed to front desk. Front desk calls me to tell me they have fixed it and I clearly told them... I FIXED IT BY CALLING KAYAK...which is something they should've done in the first place!!!!!
The service and security level provided by the Ascott's was excellent and to 5 stars international standards. Honesty and responsiveness of front desk personnel is commendable. Bathroom furnishing needs to be enhanced in order to improve averall staying experince.
We stayed 3 different times within 3 weeks in this hotel (we went out of town twice between stays). First of all, the service is impecabble. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The location next to 2 huge malls means the availability of many restaurants and retail shops and services. Being a fairly new hotel, the interiors are very nice and clean, yet it feels homey. I totally felt comfortable here and would go back and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms are great, we love the great big windows giving us a great view of the city and the pool.

This is the best hotel in the area if price and location are your priorities. It is built next to the new part of Glorietta. Elevators are slower than comparable hotel elevators in the area.
En tant que voyageur aguerri, l'instant où j'ai franchi la pas de la porte du Sofitel Plaza Hotel, un autre chapitre s'est ajouté à mon expérience mondiale de voyageur aguerri. Les jolies fleurs au vestibule ont ajouté une touche d'élégance à l'entrée. La chambre spacieuse et confortable avec une vue dégagée et service de chambre était impeccable. Le petit déjeuner offrait une large sélection de cuisines internationales, qui étaient tous tentants et délicieux. Dernier point mais non le moindre, les confortables chaises longues dans le jardin qui vous dorlotent. Un travail bien fait et je vous remercie pour un séjour des plus agréables.
Le court de tennis, la piscine, le bâtiment récent, tout semblait fonctionner parfaitement. orchestre le soir. On ne peut pas aller à pied dans le centre de Manille comme dans d'autres hôtels, ça peut être bien ou mal selon ce que vous voulez faire. Ce ne serait pas un problème avec une famille. L'eau a pris un long moment pour être chaude.

the hotel is good for a traveller who like to enjoy nightlife and is very good location(shooping mall)-power plant,greenbelt,global city by using taxi cozt u abt (80peso-15peso) depend on traffic...is not good recomment for family to stay this hotel. the TV and the bed is old....

Location good, very close to Makati Avenue Breakfast too much Filipino, nothing suitable for international. When you check-in, they ask you to sign the in-print for guarantee, which is never done in other countries. And when you check-out, they ask you if you had something from the minibar, and after your negative answer, they tell you to sit down and wait until they receive the answer from the floor if you said the truth or if you're trying to cheat them. I told them that this is very impolite and that they should process the check-out immediately, because the reception can receive the result of the room-check in the meantime the check-out is being processed. But they seem not to understand.
