Points négatifs : I reserved an suv and got a low riding Outback. Having PTSD from previous accidents I really struggled for four days being at eye level with everyone else’s headlights.

Points négatifs : I reserved and paid for a “Luxury vehicle” similar to Chrysler 300 to attend a funeral. But the Kayak reservation system relayed to Sixt that I had only reserved a Full sized car, not Luxury. So Sixt only gave me an Altima full size. Even though the Full size car would have cost less than the Luxury reservation. And Sixt just blamed it on Kayak system, not the Sixt reservation system. No discount for the cheaper Full size car. No upgrade to a better car. I did not get what I paid for, and it was for my moms funeral. I was dissatisfied with either Kayak or Sixt, I cant tell which. So I guess I’m dissatisfied with both.
Points positifs : Very warm staff at pickup office. I liked that the car was running because of the cold weather. Would rent again.
Points positifs : Staff was very friendly even showed me were to fill up the gas when returning the car
Points négatifs : Car had dog hair everywhere, could have used a good wash too
Points positifs : Friendly staff, had the car warmed up for me and ready to go in below zero weather, did a walk around ( can't remember the last car rental company that did that with me), very prompt, no lines, no endless paperwork that you get at the other places. Fast and efficient.
Points négatifs : No snow/ice scrapper in the car
Points positifs : Quick, easy process. They had me in my warm rental car as soon as I got off the shuttle.
& when I returned the car I was straight into the shuttle. Thanks for the great service!

Points négatifs : The vehicle had a funny odor to it, and the wait at the counter was too long with only one person working. There was a terrible vibration like it was way out of balance but it resolved itself after several miles when the tires warmed up
Points positifs : The staff was helpful and had someone standing by to immediately take me to the rental center offsite. And the same thing occurred on the return. I have never had such prompt service in renting a car, and they were as friendly as the best I have experienced
Points négatifs : Lower rates, but they compared favorably with everyone else.

Points négatifs : Sixt has no obvious return location at MSP. We circled the airport twice, finally dropping car at Avis. Then they charged my credit card 150% the price quoted.
