Points positifs : The car was nice. It performed well. A customer service person, after some work on the phone, help me fix two of the issues.
Points négatifs : The car was not completely clean, inside and out. But, the worst part, was that they rewarded me for spending more money - extending my rental - by almost doubling my daily rate. Also, they would not offer a weekly rate, even though I had the car for 8 days, because I initially started renting for only 4 days.
Points positifs : Helpful, recommended upgrades which we chose to do.
Points négatifs : Pick-up wait was over 40 minutes, which happens but other company’s lines shifted faster or had less people. But grateful for the service, thank you!

Points négatifs : Really aggressive upsell attempts at pickup for better model, insurance, gas. Car was a worn out Kia Optima which felt like a big step down from the Camry pictured when I booked the car. I got the strong impression the agent gave us the worst car he had because we booked through Kayak and refused all the upsells
Points positifs : Staff helpful in explaining billing, fuel cost options, insurance concerns

Points positifs : The girl who checked me in lied and said there were no cars available until my actual scheduled time and if she gave me a car 30 mins early then I would be charged an extra day. Then I went online and booked through Kayak and cancelled my previous reservations then suddenly there was a car available. Without apologizing for her mistake she goes and lied again and said, oh looks like the system just updated, now we have cars again.
Points négatifs : Hire more honest employees, and clearly disclosed all surchages. Also have shuttle to pick up at drop off location as it was extremely far having to walk from drop off area all the way back to lobby 2 in terminal 1.
Points positifs : Drop off was only positive part of experience. Will not rent again with this company.
Points négatifs : I reserved a compact or economy twice with advantage and both times got a full size or premium car. Both times they said they were upgrading me when I explicitly said that I preferred a small car. It’s not an upgrade if you are not giving the customer what they asked for. They were pushy about insurance on both occasions, very heavy sales approach.
Points positifs : Staff was fast and helpful. Car was in great condition.
Points négatifs : I would probably request a different car if i was offered a camaro convertible ever again. Was like driving a boat with a huge nose.
Points négatifs : Car had multiple dents and scratches, missing floor mats and had an odor.
Points positifs : Pouring rain and staff member met us at the car and took care of everything in a split second. easiest dropoff I have had in years.
Points négatifs : Dropoff area is under repair and it leads to overcrowding. I hope it car be updated soon.

Points négatifs : There were specific instructions needed to operate the vehicle, none were provided. Lines were long and the additional staff did not help customers to expedite the check in process.
