Points négatifs : The rental company is off airport by 15 minutes. You have to wait outside in the sun until they call your name to come into the office. It is not clear that they have limited hours for the shuttle and for pickup and drop off. I was told I could drop the car off before they opened at 8:00 a.m. and in fact this turned out not to be true. I dropped the car off anyway by parking it on the street and catching a taxi. This did however work. They accepted the car even though they weren't happy. The car itself was fine and the price was fine. The experience with the agency was less than good

Points négatifs : The car was dirty, the car registration was out of date and expired September 2020. The shuttle never came to the airport for over and hour and when we finally talked to them and said we needed a shuttle they hung up on us. Once we got to the rental car location there were 2 parties in front of us and we waited around 1.5 hours to get the keys because the admin process was so slow. The car was disgusting, ants crawled out of random places every time we were in the car. We wiped it down with alcohol wipes for Covid reasons and they were black. Absolutely horrible. They informed us if we didn’t accept their insurance policy if we were In a wreck they would refuse working with any other insurance and we had to pay everything. Rude, slow, dirty, illegal (car registration). I can’t believe Kayak allows people to book this company
Points positifs : Pickup vans seemed to run frequently.
Points négatifs : I had to switch vehicles because the original 8 year old 2013 Passat had multiple issues. Who tennis out cars that old? The second vehicle was better but still had almost 70,000 obviously hard miles on it. It was pretty beat up with a very worn interior. Maybe they also have great newer cars, but that was not my experience.

Points négatifs : Everything from the shuttle (which takes an hour) to the car itself. To the lack of customer service I don’t know where to begin. Just stay away I wish I would have
Points positifs : I had a 8:00 a.m. flight and the company shuttle did not start until 8:00 a.m.. The only alternative was to take an Uber to the airport. Suggest this be revealed before booking.
Points négatifs : The process fir picking up the car was slow. Also, the gas was a 7/8th of a tank, even though I was instructed to bring the car back full.
Points positifs : The lady that helped us when we picked up the van was helpful and friendly.
Points négatifs : The location of the lot was not ideal. There was a shuttle to and from the airport during business hours, but we had to find our own transportation on our return flight in the morning. Our van was older 75,000+ miles, dingy, and smelly. When we returned it, we were charged a cleaning fee for sand and food in the vehicle. Yes there was sand from our week of stay and play in Hawaii, but again the van wasn’t that clean to start with. I’m wasn’t aware of food left in the vehicle. There were a couple of empty fountain drink cups and a couple unopened plastic bottles of water and Gatorade that we thought someone could use since we couldn’t take them through airport security. When I called to ask about the charges ($52) the guy I talked to said they were for cleaning, but then said I should be thankful they weren’t higher and was defensive and rude about it. I didn’t think there was an excessive amount of sand, but if that’s their policy I would have liked to have known beforehand. I’ve rented cars in Hawaii before and haven’t had a problem. Our friends rented from Hertz and had at least as much sand if not more in their vehicle and weren’t charged, and they are located right at the airport. So beware, their prices are good, but you get what you pay for, and it might end up costing you more.

Points positifs : Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy to swap out a car that which had broken A/C. I Wish I booked directly through the company so I could’ve made changes in person for discounts. Staff was also very expeditious.
Points négatifs : Ordered a full size but got a mid size- I guess all of Hawaii consider Nissan Altima and Chevy Malibu type cars to be full size. The website did say expect Nissan Altima or similar, I just assumed that was full size because that’s what I selected and paid for. Seems like Hawaii full size is different than mainland full-size. The website also said it was at the airport. I should’ve looked up the address because it’s actually a 6-9 minute drive from the airport, but they did offer shuttle service. Overall I felt like there was some false marketing,
