Points négatifs : The agent offered a upgrade for a fee for a jeep cherokee. I had an issue with my card and had to call them. I walked from the transaction to call the card provider and was assigned a Nissan Rogue. I have hated every Nissan I have driven and would never pay extra to drive one. It was past 9 pm and I still had to go home and load up before leaving on my 800 mile drive to be with my mom who's husband died the next morning. My back still hurts from the low quality nissan seating .

Points négatifs : When checking out, I wanted the attendant to check the car for dents/scratches. She wouldn’t do it. She seemed irritated that she had to write something down. Note was written on a map. There isn’t a form, or something more formal?

Points négatifs : The employee who checked me in seemed like he had retired from years of successfully frustrating folks at the DMV. Several people were waiting for cars, with the employee working solo. This is not the employee's fault if staffing was a bit light. That said, the employee did not let the line increase his/her work tempo -- no sense of urgency whatsoever. Fortunately, the longer-than-anticipated wait could have been avoided. I want to see employees working hard, perhaps even acknowledging that they know the line is long and they will do their best to get to us as soon as possible. When there is no attempt to work at a more rapid pace so that customers can minimize their wait time, it is disheartening and quite frustrating. Rental vehicle was very clean inside. The only nitnoid thing I'd mention is that the external mirrors were laden with water spots, which reduced their utility.

Points négatifs : the car was filthy- food crumbs and sticky spots all over the interior, plus a TERRIBLE smell. it was disgusting to be in and was the low point of my travel experience.
