Points négatifs : I was HIGHLY unsatisfied with the customer service I recieved. The car gave me a warning light during my drive I called to notify the office and they assured me it was probably something minor. So I continued on with my Anniversary trip... later I smelled something burning and now I had two warning lights on..so I preceded to the closet budget to see if I could exchange the car... they informed me my car had to be exchanged at the airport, so I went there. I was informed at the airport that they could NOT accept the car even if it was having problems... they did not resolve my issue AND DID NOT assist me In how to resolve the issue they basically sent me on my way and said that hopefully I'll make it back to my original office... The problem I had took a ALMOST a day to run around trying to figure things out and RUINED my spouse and I anniversary... at the end of the trip I turned in the car and even after all the headache I was not even compensated or even apologized to for the issues... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Rented My Car Out From Under Me By Claiming I was a Same Day No-Show
Points positifs : They gave me a reservation.
Points négatifs : The rented my car out from under me by claiming I was a 'no-show' four hours after me estimated arrival time. Because it was spring break at my location, there were no other cars available.
Points positifs : We got the car we asked for and it was amazingly clean. Great service and they were not pushy about adding extra stuff we didn't need. We will continue to rent from them!!
Points négatifs : They said they couldn't help us with out issue and said we had to talk to the original office we rented from. We got nothing but the run around the whole time. Never again will we rent from any Budget rental office.
Points négatifs : When we picked up the car in Denver we were told that we could pay in cash at the drop off location. That information was incorrect. We also was shown a invoice of $220, but out credit card was charged $718.00.
There was a fee for taking the car out of state which we were not told or see on the invoice. Then the car was accidently checked in a day late by the employees so we were charged a extra day with late fees!!
This this day we are still trying to fix all the mistakes that were made by Budget!!!
