Points négatifs : We set our pickup time for when we landed and got to the airport on time and all is well, but then went to Dollar only to first be directed to Hertz in which there was a long line due to so many people being directed there. After waiting in that line, we go to get our car, but had to wait again this time for 45 minutes total just sitting there waiting for someone to bring us a car. Finally someone brought a car and it was dirty. So they took it back through the car wash and cleaned it up and brought it back to us, thus delaying us even further. With three small children, it was not a pleasant experience.
I would greatly appreciate a refund of some sort to compensate for the trouble we experienced. Otherwise, I'll probably be utilizing a different car rental company from now on.
Points positifs : Everything was easy. They didn't have our car so we were upgraded for free.
Points négatifs : We had a high end car and had no idea how to use many features - a quick tutorial on the car would be helpful.

Points négatifs : I got to the counter at 12PM instead of 2PM on Mon. Added $ 15 at ATL though it did it in no way affected no of days, etc ( return was at 7PM Thursday. )
Points négatifs : Staff at pick-up counter was unkind and seemingly mocked my hearing disability by mouthing an insult about me to her computer screen. I asked her to repeat a few details for me and after I subsequently apologized and explained my impairment she tossed a brochure at me to read my insurance options.
Points négatifs : The car was not ready until two hours after I arrived to get the car. The company blocked off $1,400 on my credit card for a $200 rental. The company tried to raise the price by $400 on me at the counter.
Points positifs : The staff was not helpful or friendly. The issue of tolls was confusing and extremely expensive.
Points positifs : nothing!
Points négatifs : Because THEIR machine wouldn't swipe the credit card, and they refused to key in the number, I was forced to go to Enterprise and rent a car from them, even though I had reservations. Even the manager was completely unhelpful and didn't even try to work this out. (card swiped just fine @ Enterprise)
