Points négatifs : They charged me 312.00 MORE. Told me it wa a deposit?
Told me they didn’t have the car that I wanted but gave me additional. Did NOt tell me I would be charged. Clearly BAIT and SWITCH. I will never do kayak or ez car again
Points positifs : Very smooth. We were able to upgrade to a Yukon for $10 extra per day. It was a very quick and easy process. Shuttle to and from airport was quick.
Points positifs : The staff was good. The car was great but I do not think I will use them again.
Points négatifs : I am not sure why I was charge an extra $35 over the price $75 I prepaid for two days at $25/day. I did not notice it was a "shuttle" service to pick up the car and it took a while to find the pick up spot. No fun since they did not answer phone.
Points positifs : Customer service needs a little improvement.
Points négatifs : Car was in poor condition . Large deposit on credit card not refunded promptly .
Points positifs : Staff at the counter was very friendly and allocated me a really good car for the value paid. I am very satisfied with the service. The service was quick and the shuttle to the airport was fast too.

Points négatifs : Over charged, costumer service was inhospitable.
Points négatifs : the first rental car I had shut off when I was driving down a hill. After feeling like the car was dangerous I went to exchange cars at the rental agency. I was treated with disrespect and without any apologies from this less than ideal situation.
Pretty poor pickup/customer service
Points positifs : The car was clean/in good condition. The price was reasonable.
Points négatifs : The woman at the front desk was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. On her cell phone throughout the conversation. She made me get out of line after waiting about 45 minutes to be helped, because the fraud detection fired on my card and it declined. I was on the phone with chase and had it remedied in less that 5 minutes, but had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes to get back in line and be helped. My boyfriend offered to put the hold on his card, but they refused and said I would have to ad him as an authorized driver and pay more if we did that. All and all I’d say find a different place. I wouldn’t use them again, even though the car was fine. I was seeing red leaving here.
Points positifs : The associate was very helpful in explaining everything.
Points négatifs : This was my first time renting a car and it was a mixed experience. The car wasn't very clean when I received it. When I made the reservation with a drop off of 4:30 AM, I wasn't told they would be closed and that I'd just have to leave it outside the gate. Also, I wasn't told about the $200 deposit they take at the counter.
Very long line to pick-up
Points négatifs : Title says it all. Took me about an hour to pick up the car with only ~5 people in front of me.
Points positifs : Very slow pickup. Only one staff person on duty.
