Points positifs : Terrible service.
Points négatifs : The company cancelled (via a text message) our reservation, half an hour before our trip! When we asked them if they have another car on another location, they said they had one in Dorchester but they wanted us to pay 200$ (instead of 80$ that was the price we had rented the first car). We denied to pay this amount and after a bit they had no cars in no location. We spent 30$ in Uber to find another car from another company. They delayed our trip at least 2-3 hours. Unacceptable!
Points positifs : The location was not open. I got there and it was closed because they didn’t have any cars.
Points négatifs : Kayak should be more aware of the locations and the amount of service that can be provided. I had to travel one hour to get there just to find out that they was closed for the day because of no cars at that location. And when i called i was told that I couldn’t get a refund which I think I unfair.
Points positifs : Received car that I booked, rare these days!
Points négatifs : A little bit of a weird wait; standing in a line but they had tons of employees trying their best to get us what we needed. The wait was worth it as I got a Range Rover, exactly what I booked and wanted! Boom!
Points négatifs : The car smelled like someone was smoking in it.
Points négatifs : The car smelled very strongly of marijuana and even after they scent bombed it (which took forever and I was in a rush), it still smelled. They did not have another car for me, so I had to take it.

Points négatifs : Access to location. Located in parking garage building. Difficult to find entrance to office.

Points négatifs : Everything. No cars available and had to wait 40+ minutes only to find out they didn’t have any cars. Also tried calling multiple times and couldn’t get through to anyone
Points négatifs : I received a text at 8.51 am when I was due to pick the car up at 10 that my reservation was cancelled as they had overbooked and had no cars available. No service agents answered the phone. I went to the rental agency and there were at least 3 other groups also in the same situation. The service agent left us standing there with no explanation and didn’t attempt to make any apologies or amends but said he only had one car left. I found this service appalling, particularly on a holiday weekend when I had plans made that could not go ahead as there were no cars available in the city.
Points positifs : Unfortunately no positives
Points négatifs : Reservation made the previous day around midday. I was called en route to picking it up appx. a half hour before my reservation time to be told that it was canceled due to unavailability. I cannot fathom why you would advertise a reservation for a car that you didn't have available, and then cancel it so close to the pick up time.
Points positifs : They were closed for my pickup time, so I wasn't able to get the car. I had to walk to a nearby competitor and ended up paying more.
Points négatifs : Be clear about hours, and don't let me book a car for pickup if I can't pick it up.
Points positifs : Staff was polite, everything was easy, no surprises.
Points négatifs : The vehicle itself kept flashing "change oil" and "low tire pressure" warnings ... none of the tires seemed flat, so we didn't try to pump them, and of course, we didn't mess with the oil. Other than that, everything worked without issue.
Points positifs : I had the least friendly and least helpful staff I’ve ever had in any car rental experience ever. They refused me a car and then did nothing to help. They essentially locked me out even though I made it on time. I eventually was not able to obtain a car from enterprise. I will never use enterprise again and I have questions about using your app.
Points négatifs : Enterprise did not follow up. They did not offer me a car although I paid for one. They were not able to get me a car at another location and less I was willing to pay over twice as much. They actually lied to me on multiple occasions through the process. Profoundly disappointed.
