The only good part was Nate who worked the front desk. Otherwise this place is horrible. Do not stay here. The location is sketchy. The hotel is rundown and dirty. The other front desk person (an large old lady with white hair) is lazy & inept as can be. She made everyone wait until 3pm to check in saying no rooms were ready until then. I mean really? No rooms at 2:30pm but magically they’re all ready at 3pm? Lies. She was just too lazy to do her job. So the result of that is 10 groups of people waiting to check in at the same time all while trying to social distance while it’s also raining outside. You get the picture now? And poor Nate (the hardworking front desk guy) is running around like crazy trying to make everyone happy by getting us checked in quickly. The lady was even there at 3pm so I mentioned maybe she should help out and she said the other computer was not working which Nate replied was untrue & she still didn’t help out for another 15 minutes after that. She’s horrible! I’ll never go back to this hotel - ever!
Bathroom was dirty. Shower matt was damaged and filthy underneath. Elevator & hallways were filthy. Carpet was stained all over the place. Do not stay here if with your family. There were parties going all night until 2-3am in other rooms and noisy people in the hallways all night. When we finally got our room, we go in and there is one set of towels only. One. 🤔 There were many other hotels around. Go to one of them. This place is awful (except for Nate at the front desk; he’s great).
The staff was really nice.
Hallways smelled like smoke and weed despite it being a non-smoking hotel. The lock at the top of my door (clasp not deadbolt) did not work. When entering the bathroom, there were stains on the tile walls and the door handle was not properly attached. Bedroom had not been dusted and had a spider hanging from one of the lamps. Stains all over the hallway carpet, and inside the room carpet; also questionably on the duvet. Floor is VERY creaky and walls are paper thin, you can hear everything everywhere. I don’t usually leave reviews but this shocked me as the reviews for this place were reasonable when I read them before booking. Especially as a solo traveling female, I did not feel safe or comfortable.
Staff was very friendly and courteous. The facility was clean.
We ordered a room online, and while I knew the room wouldn't be ready for a little while, I had to check back 4 times over the course of 2 hours, waiting for our room to be ready.
Worst hotel i stayed at
Pillows were comfy
Poor breakfast selection, dog feces in hallway by the elevator, room mediocre, drug useage by other guests on our floor. Staff knocked on our door at 11pm at night acusing is of “smelling pot” outside our room. When asked to speak to manager, they refused. Found out from staff the next day, they located the room which the pot order was coming from..,.no apologies to us for their accusations. WILL NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER.. Hotel entrance is hard to find for people out of town,
I liked how how comfortable the rooms were
I didn't like how small the TVs were.
Good place to stay, some attention to facilities needed.
The Wyndham is drive that sets it a little way off the main road reducing traffic noise. It's lobby is beautiful and spacious with a nice coffee bar. The staff are friendly, helpful, always available, and keep track of small details for you. The rooms are well equipped having a small refrigerator, spacious desk, adequate lighting, and good electrical outlet availability for your extra electronics.
While the following items may not be obvious to the casual observer, hotel room and maintenance staffing should catch them. The shower curtain was damaged all along the mounting hardware, some hair rubber bands were left on the edge of the sink, and one of the hinges was damaged on the cabinet enclosing the refrigerator.
Receptionists at front desk were very friendly
Hotel was unclean. Sheets in our bed had not been changed from previous guests.
Breakfast not included in the price
Location and availability
It is at a quality of 70$ hotel.
Overpriced and in need of renovation
The hotel looks and smells old. It's certainly not worth 150$/nt
Best Hotel Stay Yet!
This hotel went above and beyond for us! Our room was incredibly clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the pool area was immaculately clean. Overall, I'd give this hotel a 10/10 for the cost and our stay.
Cost, location and cleanliness
The cost was reasonable. The location was hard to find, but of off the busy street. Quiet setting with no street noise.
The carpeting in the rooms was old and should to be replaced. The hallway carpeting requires a through cleaning. The stairwells had trash (empty bottles, candy wrappers, etc) on the steps and in the corners.
