Points positifs : The hotel accommodated me so efficiently - I missed my flight and ended up with an overnight layover in Houston. I needed an affordable hotel to stay that was close to the airport. Once I made the reservation online and called the hotel, I was picked up by the hotel shuttle and was given great suggestions from concierge on how to spend my one night in town.

Points positifs : We had a 7:50 am flight so we needed an airport hotel that was clean, affordable and comfortable for a travel-weary family of 4. The bed was super comfy and made it extra hard to get up at 5am! we missed the free breakfast, but the shuttle was easy and prompt even at that early hour.

Points positifs : We booked a room near the airport because we had a very early flight out of the airport. This hotel was so much more than we expected for the price. -- very comfortable beds -- small, directed reading light on each side of the beds (2 per bed) -- updated and clean -- separate toilet room and shower room was REALLY great for our family of 4 -- refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, plastic utensils, plates provided -- friendly staff -- free shuttle to and from airport; on-time -- When we came down a little early to catch the 4am shuttle, the desk clerk invited us to enjoy some of their breakfast offerings even though it was not official breakfast hours (milk, juice, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and more)
Points négatifs : -- 2 burned out lights in the room (reading light above bed and 1 bathroom) -- I did not see a way to turn on the desk lights without turning on the overhead lights. Luckily I had my own little light with me so that I could sit at the desk while everyone else was sleeping.

Points positifs : very easy to access, very clean, no bad spells of smoking in the room, and the linens and carpets were nice and clean. Modular bathrooms was also very nice.

Points positifs : Being able to stay at a 5 star hotel literally in the airport after a long day of travel was wonderful. The room was very clean and inviting and the beds were super comfortable. My friends and I enjoyed a delicious meal of bbq beef brisket and caesar salad for less than $20 before bed. The spacious restaurant and bar are located in the open lobby area with rooms located nearby accessible by elevator. The kayak.com rate made our stay affordable. $160 with tax.

Points positifs : I Lou Reed the beds and bedding, bathroom and amenities, tv desk, chair dresser. All were Really nice. The chair was especially comfortable for nursing. Nice big deep bath tub. You could totally do a water birth in it. ;)

Points positifs : This wasn't our first choice in hotels, we stayed here because they had a 24 hour airport shuttle and we got in after 12 am. I feared that the shuttle would not show up, but it did. Great service! They even had our room key ready when we got to the hotel. We couldn't be happier with our experience here. Nice rooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Points négatifs : We had booked a one night stay at this hotel.The previous night we went out to eat and got food poisoning,we felt very sick through the night didn't get any sleep.In the early morning tried to cancell hotel stay before check in time,called booking.com,the gentleman I spoke with was very courteous but was no help at all.We were considered a no show and were charged the night anyway.Though theses are rare circumstances they do happen and are out of customers hands.I understand a cancellation fee,but not the full price.For this reason we will probably not use this service any longer and switch over to another service and read the fine print beforehand.

Points négatifs : The staff didn't really help in many ways. I asked for a bottle of water and then was refused due to not being a Hilton Honors member. There was no free breakfast. Even the cheapest Hotels provide some sort of breakfast. I was there as part of a soccer tournament and breakfast was provided to everyone that was a part of it. I had to go through a secondary site to get my reservations due to being a single day late on the reservation, and was thus denied the breakfast for my daughter who was playing in the tournament. Instead being asked to pay $15 for a mediocre at best breakfast. When you pay as much as is being asked, this shouldn't be an issue. I will not be returning to this Hotel.

Points positifs : I liked the overall decor of the hotel. I didn't have to wait that long to check in even with a long line. It was very close to the airport. We stayed both before and after our vacation to Mexico. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I love that they offer shuttle service to and from the airport. Also a plus was that we could keep our car parked at the hotel for up to 2 weeks for FREE!!! My cousin paid for an airport shuttle and the hotel refunded her the money she paid as shuttle service was free to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.
Points négatifs : Both times we booked a room, they put us on the 4th floor and both times, the ice machine was out, so I had to keep going to the 3rd floor to get ice. That was really the only negative.

Points négatifs : I arrived late and my reservation was made on the wrong date.. due to the travel site or the hotel... but the staff on the front desk refused to accomodate me even though you guys had probably 50 empty rooms. I understand that it might not have been your fault.. but you rather have an empty room than a customer. WELL THIS CUSTOMER RUNS A COMPANY WITH 2650 ENPLOYEES. WE BOOK AN AVERAGE OF 110O HOTEL ROOMS A YEAR AND YOU JUST LOST ALL OUR BUSINESS. When you are just in business to make a quick buck.. you will lose your quality customers. Points positifs : The Sheraton North Houston was a last minute stay for me and due to my crazy schedule I booked the wrong dates, but the staff were extremely generous and helped me change the dates without any charges to my non-refundable booking. I was hugely thankful.
Points négatifs : The facilities were very nice, but the room didn't have complementary water and the amenities usually found in a hotel room that nice were very limited. I was a bit discouraged because as a traveler, I often depend on these amenities to carry me through short stays.

The shower temperature was difficult to control Directions to get the shuttle from the airport need to be more clear and a method to reach the hotel over WiFi should be provided (eg Whatsapp) Provide towel racks in the bathroom so my towel can dry and I can resuse it. I was not provided with all the details I needed to access the WiFi.

Points positifs : The value for the room on a Monday late evening was great. Everyone was friendly, the place was quite & clean, the beds were comfy & the room and bathroom were clean, coffee in the room was Starbucks, the cafe for breakfast was good. I left a personal item and the staff was able to locate it. I couldn't be happier. Thank you all so much for taking the time to locate it and keep it safe. Also, a plus its so convenient to the airport and FREE parking. Oh, and cant't forget the pool area looked clean as well.
Points négatifs : If I was staying more than just overnight I would have wanted a room that didn't smell like smoke. I did notice smoke free signs in the hallway, but I know some do not always abide by the rules. The smell was tolerable for a night stay, but anything more, I would have asked for a new room.

Points négatifs : I was disappointed when I arrived. The lobby was beautiful and newly renovated but other than the lobby being renovated the rooms left much to be desired. As my 11 year old said " they spent all the money on the lobby and left the rooms a mess." Clearly, this is an older property that requires a great deal of attention.The restaurant was closed the whole weekend we were there. The rooms were not easily accessed from outside. Your key was supposed to allow you to get in from outside where it would be closer to your room, that never happened. All doors other than the lobby doors did not work. Even after being told there was a work order nothing changed. My original room had a toilet that continuously ran. We had to always shake the handle by the last night it would not stop running at all. We were then moved to a room that barely cooled. This was not a pleasant stay, I will not stay at this hotel again.

When i went i already have mybreservation done online because they made for me and qhen gave my confirmation number at the front desk lady she said that she need to see the card ....thing that doesnt have sense because i was not with yhe person who reserve for me the night , so she said that she will have to charge it to another card , something that never happen in any hotel i always go with a reservation done . The hotel its not clean and it feels insecure to stay there Its old, lights in the room should not be white lights thats not nice it looks like if you are in a hospital...rooms should have yellow light

Points négatifs : First, my flight to Houston was cancelled and the hotel was not understanding - they charged me an extra fee (which cost more than a night's stay) and when I arrived the next day they told me my room wasn't ready despite me paying extra to keep the reservation. They told me they actually overbooked the hotel and I sat in the lobby for almost 3 hours waiting to check in. They checked me in to a different room because mine was still unavailable. There were 6 of us waiting in the lobby for at least 2-4 hours. I ended up paying a total of three nights for just a one night stay. Overall the experience was pretty disappointing.

Points positifs : Après avoir la navette desservant la vienne me chercher à l'aéroport. Le personnel était serviable. La propreté et d'ordre de l'établissement. Tout avait l'air bien et entretenues. Et le personnel était très gentil. J'ai été très impressionné. Vous êtes bien les gens ont la salle, ou Il se trouve à Houston.

Points positifs : The staff were super nice, and it couldn't have been easier to schedule a wake up call and an airport shuttle. Nothing was fancy, and everything was new and clean.
Points négatifs : The ATM in the lobby didn't work, and while there was AC in my room, it was hard to get it the room to the right temperature. That probably has more to do with Houston humidity than the hotel itself, though.

Points positifs : I stayed for 2 weeks and i thought they had a great cleaning staff. Clean, nice bed, no bugs, wooden floors. Superb value for money. Friendly staff. Only a few items for breakfast but can't complain.
Points négatifs : Some minor things: The gym equipment was not functional. Also maybe the waffle maker and toaster can be cleaned better because it's used by everyone, everyday.
