They did not have a car for me at all! Never experienced such a bad service. Had booked the car 2 months ago and was told at planned pick up that they did not have a car. Not early heads up. Most terrible serves ever!Avis laissé le 22 juil. 2022

Points négatifs :Did not realize tax was not included in the online price when I booked. I ended up spending an additional $99 upon arrival. Points positifs :It was awful!! NEVER recommend this agency. We arrived by 8:00 am as per the agreement. They were not open on time. They then declared THEY HAD NO CAR! They never said they were sorry, helped to find a solution or empathized. The associate and the manager just “walked away” I have never had such a horrible example of customer service.Points négatifs :They could have worked on finding another vehicle for us. We were on time constraints and needed to leave that morning. We arranged everything in advance so as not to have issues. The nearest agency was a cab ride away. They were helpful, efficient, polite, respectful and pleasant!! Unfortunately we had to pay THREE times the price!Avis laissé le 5 juin 2021

Points positifs :Thrifty did not have a vehicle available and did not help in finding another location with available cars. Blamed it on the third party supplierPoints négatifs :They need to honor a pre-paid, or any other, advance reservation. Points positifs :Nothing.Points négatifs :I made the reservation days in advance and they didn't have a car. They said I could be wait listed for much later in the day. I went to talk with them the day prior to ensure that had a vehicle and they were closed during supposed open hours of operation. I had to alter my plans due to Thrifty not working with the third party reservation. I had not been contacted by Thrifty to say no car available.Avis laissé le 30 avr. 2021
