Points négatifs : Automated kiosks didn't work to check in. Tried for 10 mins and woman couldn't help me, so then I had to wait in line for a person for another 10 mins.

Points positifs : Shuttle and counter staff were great. Pickup and drop off were seamless. Pickup location is clean and comfortable.

Points négatifs : Cars should be inspected before it is released. I almost got an Audi Q5 with a broken rear wiper blade. Also i got a SUV With only a half tank of gas.

Points négatifs : They did not have the Suburban I reserved. I had to take a smaller vehicle which was a problem do to the size of load I had

Points positifs : The check in was sooth and staff are friendly.
Points négatifs : I have booked everything online and prepaid, but I have to re-select the insurance during checking. As English is not my first language, I get confused by just talking to the staff. I think I spend more than I should on the insurance. We chose the car by ourselves and it is not in a very well condition. It shanks badly when driving on the freeway, so we returned it before we go on a road trip.

Points négatifs : Check in was fairly efficient but instructions on how to get the keys and signage were poor. Gas tank was not full and did not realize that until we were out of the lot.
