Points négatifs : The dinner on the flight from IAD/DUB was not very good. However, the lunch on the way back to IAD was much better.

Points négatifs : Poor customer service. I think I said thank you many more times than the flight attendants who barely acknowledged me. They seemed annoyed about delivering basic services (distributing meals/collecting rubbish/etc.).
Points négatifs : The flight took off kate from Bdl, so they didn’t bring the bags into Barcelona Then in Barcelona , no one cares about anything. There is no office of aer lingual abd Iberia who suooosed to take over , doesn’t care

Points négatifs : Seats and tray tables were old and falling apart. Couldn’t get tray table back into upright and locked position. Not much leg room.

Points positifs : I was very disappointed that we had to pay for our checked baggage both coming and going to Philadelphia. Also had to pay for our seat allication in order to make sure I would be sitting with my elderly mother. It made our flight more expensive than we would have liked. Will probably not be booking with aer lingus again.
Points négatifs : We also had to wait for our luggage to be off loaded for 3 hours on our outward journey due to an immenent thunder storm with absolutely no appology from aer lingus!!!

Points négatifs : lost our only one check in luggage on a non stop flight. They put it on the wrong plane to a different destination. We did not receive it back for three days. We paid $145 for check in to only have it lost. Unbelievable.

Points négatifs : 1) I ordered a non-lactose meal but was given a meal which had dairy in it because it made me ill the same way that dairy does. I think I was given the vegetarian option instead of non-lactose. Pretty poor - especially given the health consequences of such sloppiness. 2) No-checkin ability in advance of arriving at the airport so I was unable to select my seats. 3) My tv screen did not have movie options so I had to move seats. 4) Had to pay for a measly vodka & tonic but no advance warning of having to pay for alchoholic drinks. 5) Crew uniforms were drab & shoes were scruffy, most wearing scuffed old shoes that looked like they'd played football in them. Gives a bad impression.
Points positifs : While you have a very good selection of audio, your film and tv selection is odd to say the least. Great that you have IFB shorts but the tv selection is odd.
Points négatifs : You need a vegetarian or at least dietary restricted option - not food options had dairy on today’s flight

Good Flight but Missing a Few Frills
Points positifs : Generally everything was good: delicious food, polite staff, seat that leaned back all the way as used to be customary.
Points négatifs : The tray tables slanted toward us quite a bit, rather than staying level as they should. Flight attendant knew to suggest we prop them up with a pillow underneath, thankfully, but old equipment probably should be repaired or replaced more frequently to avoid this problem. Also, the food supply was running a little short, which meant that I could not buy an extra sandwich at the time when I was hungry for it since they had to save their supply for the tea service. (First meal was called lunch; smaller meal at the end was called tea.) Additionally, the main meals ("lunch") were not listed in the food brochure, meaning that I had to ask the flight attendant about the details while he was taking my order, a slightly inefficient system. (No problem for one passenger, but if you multiply it by the number of passengers on the plane, it may have kept someone from using the restroom when they wanted to, or similar.)

Points négatifs : The seats were uncomfortable. There was no in-flight entertainment. The snacks were terrible. Who still serves peanuts on a plane with so many people with peanut allergies like myself?? Then they decided in the way back that the cabin temperature was too cold for some people so the rest us had to suffer on this hot plane. Then they kick the a/c back on once we land. Made no sense. Finally what really irritated me was we checked in our baby's stroller at the gate at departure and when we land in Miami airport, where the baggage claim is ridiculously far from the gate, they tell us we have to go get it from baggage claim. So after a long trip we had to carry our bags and baby all the way across the airport for our luggage. Forgot to mention there were flies on the plane. I've NEVER been on a commercial flight with flies.... Just ridiculous.

Points positifs : The entire staff was so warm and friendly. The music playing while we waited to take off was so relaxing. The flight left early and landed early! Going through customs was an absolute breeze. The price was excellent! I was so excited to see they served food as well which is never the case now days on other main airlines, however I am quite health conscious so I did not eat it. Would like to see better quality food options.

Points négatifs : Cancelled flight. Flight staff was aware flight would be cancelled hours before departure and still took hours to reschedule and redirect passengers. Only 3 representative working on this for over 200 passengers. Extremely inefficient customer service. Made passengers wait in line for hours. Will not likely fly Aer lingus again.

Worst airline ever
Points négatifs : From panama to aruba they didnt let us in the plane while we where waiting on a full bus with no air, we had to wait like 45 minutes inside the lift like animals... From aruba to panama the plane came 1 hour and a half late and the crew didnt want to tell us about anything until a lady told them she had a conection flight already lost. Aruba Airlines is the worst airline i have ever travel with.
