Points négatifs : Travelers are in a hurry, when we do a Phone SEARCH, MCI rental cars, we actually want to PICKUP at MIC airport. Travelers don't know what street address or zip code is at the downtown location. Then there's no way to call you, you were closed. I better NOT had been charged anything.
Points positifs : ease of drop-off

Points positifs : The pickup process was very quick. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was considerably less to pick up at the downtown location vs the airport- $200 less!
Points négatifs : The downtown location didn't have a way to return the rental to them late Saturday or Sunday. I had to pay extra to take it to the airport, less than 1-2 day rental, but still a drag.
Points positifs : drop off was easy
Points négatifs : the car was dirty, the pick up attendant was short with me, the car was on empty and I had to repeatedly ask him to wipe off spit luggies from the inside of the car, he was hot and in a hurry, very transactional not the proffessionalism I am used to with you guys or other rental companies
Points positifs : It was priced well and clean. Car worked as it should. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Points négatifs : Pick up was confusing and no one was around once I reached the car pickup lot. We did eventually find a nice man. I paid for an enterprise vehicle and didn’t realize I wasn’t supposed to go to the enterprise lot. I believe it was alamo lot, which would have been fine either way- I just wasnt aware. Despite being an SUV, the car didn’t have space anywhere. It’s my fault for picking it, but the car was super cramped and uncomfortable. I will just know for next time to rent a different vehicle. The Ecosport didn’t seem to get very good mileage either.
Points positifs : Pickup at Kansas City airport was slower than normal, as Enterprise had closed their counter and diverted all customers to another agency to process. (Presumably part of pandemic). Drop-off in downtown Chicago was super-easy.

Points négatifs : They charged me for Sirius radio but it didn’t work in the car they gave me
Points positifs : Matt provided excellent service for our rental. I didn't know if all three kids carseats would fit across and he accommodated us very well. Thanks so much.
Points positifs : The van provided in lieu of the suv was nice. But the check engine light was on and still trash in the cup holder. Ordered a suv and they only had a van. The salesperson was super nice tho. Only good part.
Points négatifs : They didn’t have the right type of vehicle. The van we did get still had trash. I signed up for them to gas the van when we dropped off (for a higher rate than the gas station) and then they charged us 11.11%. Fee for that service. I thought the higher price of gas was their money making side
Points positifs : Nothing! Terrible customer service!!
Points négatifs : They booked me a time after they close for the day so I couldn’t pick up my car. I called the next morning when they opened but they had given my car away the day before. They wouldn’t honor my booking. They charged me double. They would’t “pick us up” (their slogan). Very frustrating!!!
Points positifs : Staff was fabulous! Simple check in, we had our car and were on our way within 30 minutes.
Points négatifs : I can't really think of anything.
