Points positifs: L'accueil la gentillesse et la disponibilité . Chambre spacieuse. Salles de bains communes très propres. Petits déjeuners copieux. Manuel et Anna ont donné de très bons renseignements pour visiter Lisbonne.

Points positifs: The location was right in the center of town an near the metro. Very easy access to the important parts of Lisbon

Points négatifs: The place was difficult to find. It would be nice if they had a sign at the bottom of the building so that it's easier to locate.

Points positifs: The position is very good, you are close to the metro and close there you will any kind of amenities you need. The B&B is comfortable and the area in common with the guests looks nice. Ana and Rute where always kind and helpful.

Points positifs: From the moment we arrived Ana was the most gracious host, we absolutely loved our stay! We had one of the rooms with a bathroom, but would definitely book one of the rooms with a shared bathroom. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the location was an easy subway ride to the heart of Lisbon. I read a lot of the reviews, so we knew exactly what to expect. Breakfast was a nice start to the day and sitting around the common area or on the balcony was wonderful. Beforehand I had questions and they were answered very promptly and accurately. Thank you!!!

Points positifs: Location. The owner is very helpful and ready to support regress of the inconvenience it may cause her.

Points négatifs: It could be a little cleaner. The shower could also do with a quick repair.

Points positifs: The Bed and Breakfast is one floor of a block of flats. There are multiple private bedrooms and a shared living space, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The decor is beautiful and clean, and very cosy. Breakfast included bread, ham, cheese, croissants, fruit, coffee, juice, teas and cereal. The location is great if you buy a metro ticket for around £6 every day, you can access most parts of Lisboa. The location is safe and near to shops. This accommodation is fantastic value for money.

Points négatifs: Finding the apartments could have been a little easier, maybe a bigger sign outside and a more detailed description that the apartments take up only one section of the building. Other than this the stay was perfect,.

Points positifs: Great location (metro, buses, railway, cafe, supermarket) just under the windows Great accomodation. Good enough breakfast, the citchen is available all day and night long Very helpful stuff with perfect English

Points négatifs: Construction works in the building. If you want to take a rest during the day it is not possible.

Points positifs: LE PETIT DEJEUNER ETAIT CORRECT- croissants, pains, confiture, miel, beurre à volonté- café ou thé. l'emplacement est bien situé-le métro pas loin et donc accès facile au centre ville.

Points négatifs: les salles de bains sont au nombre de 3 pour plusieurs chambres et parfois sont toutes occupées. il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un wc indépendant car parfois il faut attendre que les salles de bains soient libérées.

Points négatifs: (Own Bathroom would be more comfortable -> but you know that before and there are enough bathrooms, you have no waiting time)

Points positifs: Personnel sympa et patron parlant français avec très bon contact! Proximité métro.

Points négatifs: Bof ! pains surgelés et cuits dernière minute, jus de fruits concentré + eau, fruits peu variés, café de qualité médiocre !

Points positifs: Really awesome! Thank you for everything. Manuel and all time is very kindly and nice. Room and bed is very good. Fantastic breakfast. Location is fantastic. Around is metro and bus station.

Points positifs: + Emplacement : Métro, bus, train, centre commercial, au pied de la chambre. + Petit déjeuner simple mais très copieux avec toujours du pain chaud... Au régal. + L'accès libre à la cuisine et au salon : on se sent vraiment comme à la maison. + Le personnel très à l'écoute et toujours prêt à rendre service ou à donner de bons conseils. + Propreté des chambres et des salles de bain.

Points négatifs: - L'appartement est assez sonore. Les allers-venus des voyageurs dans les 3 salles de bain ne passent pas inaperçues au milieu de la nuit... Prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour les plus sensibles ! - Le quartier (plus récent) n'est pas très animé, il vaut mieux reprendre le métro pour ressortir le soir dans le centre historique.

Points positifs: Le quartier est agréable, très propre, rénové

Points négatifs: Très mauvaise isolation sonore. On pouvait entendre chaque personne marcher derrière la porte avec des sacs et parler à voix basse. Et une taxe supplémentaire de 2 euros à l'arrivée ?????? Pourquoi ? Et si vous n'avez pas de téléphone à appeler à votre arrivée, vous serez coincé sur le trottoir pendant un moment car l'endroit n'est pas identifié dans un grand bâtiment. Il suffit d'appuyer sur chaque sonnette de porte et vous pourrez peut-être ouvrir la porte !

Points positifs: Le personnel est très sympathique et efficace. Les réponses aux questions par mail très rapides. Nous avons séjourné 2 fois ( à l'aller et au retour d'un vol). Les 2 fois les chambres étaient propres et confortables. A conseiller pour un transit entre 2 vols à 5 min de l'aéroport (3 € avec uber)

Points positifs: Déco très sympa. Très propre.

Points positifs: Chambre très bien située. La personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil a été très réactive car nous avons eu un problème de matelas dans la chambre réservé. Elle nous a installée immédiatement dans une autre chambre sans hésiter une seconde. Je recommande cette établissement qui est très propre.

Points négatifs: Rien sauf le fait de partager la salle de bains avec les autres chambres de l'appartement mais nous n'allons pas nous plaindre car nous le savions lorsque nous avons réservé ;o)

Points positifs: The apartment is great, it has all the amenities. Very nice decoration. It looks like new. Great attention with the guests, I recommend even for a business trip as it is very conveniently located close to the airport. Very comfy bed, quiet and residential neighborhood, loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Muito obrigada, Sara, pela atencao e todas a informacoes.

Points positifs: The woman who worked there was very kind Located very close to Report for easy access for an early morning flight the next day Lots of restaurants around so it was easy to walk to grab something to eat

Points négatifs: -it was pretty noisy. We were lucky that the other two or three rooms that were occupied had very respectful people staying in them but if even one of the rooms makes a lot of noise it could be pretty hard to get to sleep The shared bathroom was a little bit run down

Points positifs: Tout. L accueil, une propreté irréprochable, lit très confortable une deco que j ai adoré... Bref on se croirait chez soi

Points négatifs: C est vraiment un detail... la porte de la salle de bain est un peu dure à ouvrir ou à fermer ce qui occasionne un peu de bruit

Points positifs: The apartment is clean and the staff is very nice. Ready to help 24/7. I felt very comfortable. Also having a coffee machine in the kitchen was a big plus for me. :) The airport is very near so this is also an advantage for short stays.

Points négatifs: The room where I stayed was small but comfortable. It was located on the third floor without an elevator which could be a problem with bigger luggage.

Points positifs: La rapidité des échanges avec les propriétaires. Emplacement parfait pour un inter vol. 5 min en taxi de l'aéroport. Les propriétaires parlent français ce qui est un avantage. Ce qui était très pratique pour nous arranger notre réservation Uber. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet établissement

Points positifs: Nous avons passé un super séjour à Lisbonne ainsi que dans cet établissement. Le personnel à l’accueil répond à toutes nos questions et sont très gentils. La propreté des partis communes comme les douches est irréprochable. Les chambres sont simples mais sont suffisantes. La terrasse de l’établissement est réellement un plus.

Points négatifs: The hot water wasn’t working for 2 full days. Only was fixed on the last day of my stay. No compensation or anything. You can’t run a hotel without hot water. Was not happy!

Points positifs: Easy to find on a main road into Lisbon, very close to Intendente metro station. There is a shared kitchen on the 2nd and 3rd floor, fairly well equipped. It is a typical hostel so no frills or fripperies, but the beds were comfortable enough and we weren't cold. Very easy to walk into the old city and all the sights.

Points négatifs: Somewhere to sit and eat your meal if you don't want to eat in your bedroom. Floors a bit mank, so bring your slippers.

Points négatifs: Pas d’eau chaude durant l’intégralité de notre séjours. Pas d’assouplissant pour la machine à laver et pas de sèche linge.

Points positifs: Seul l emplacement sauvé cet hébergement.

Points négatifs: Pas de cuisine ouverte le premier jour à 8h30, après réclamation à l accueil, le lendemain c'était ouvert. Mais surtout, pas d eau chaude ! Nous ne sommes pas informé au moment du check in alors que nous avions un enfant en bas âge, cela aurait été appréciable d'être précisé nous aurions avisé. En parlait avec d autre clients il s'avère que le problème persiste depuis une dizaine de jour et que certains ont eu accès à une salle de bain situé dans un appartement à proximité avec de l eau chaude, nous demandons à nouveau à l accueil, on prend notre numéro de chambre mais aucune suite n est donné alors que nous avons un enfant avec nous ce qui est intolérable ! Personnel ne se souciant en aucun cas des clients ! SCANDALEUX ! Aucun geste commercial propose ou accepté, personne à la réception lors du check in, bref une déception totale

Points positifs: Close to a subway station, relatively central location.

Points négatifs: No hot water for the entire week. No compensation offered, nothing, not even a good explanation for what happened and when would be fixed. When asked for an invoice for my company, I received a wrong total in EUR, with a wrong card number used for the payment, took them few days to issue that. I replied that those details were wrong, asked for a new correct invoice to be issued. Never heard from the property again.
