The hotel is very new and they are still working out some kinks, but the staff was very accommodating and professional. The kitchen stocked with basic cooking items and dishes was nice. The pool is small and the water and pool room were cold. A lot of the rooms have a great view of the mountains and city. The complementary breakfast has a nice selection of hot and cold items, and the seating area has booths with TVs, as well as tables and a counter area where you can plug in electronic devices and eat. The lobby is large and modern. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!

La TV est connectée il est donc possible de se connecter à Netflix, HBO etc sans payer ce qui peut être un + pour échapper aux 48 degrés de l’après-midi l’été. La piscine est sympa mais un peu petite (peu de transats par rapport à la taille de l’hôtel) Le petit dej suit les nouvelles tendances « healthy » « gluten free » etc et est plutôt bon quoiqu’un peu cher.

Points négatifs: They charged my card 8 times for different transaction amounts totaling almost 1000.00 and when i tried talkimg to the manager she just kept telling me that she would have to do more research and get back to me. After 3 hours on the phone with her no fix.

Points positifs: Firstly booking.com did not confirm our booking further to hotel property and at mid night when we landed and checked in around 1pm , the front desk was not able to find our booking as not informed by booking.com , we waited in car with my little kids for an hour in a car and then another 30 mins inside hotel to figure out the mess , finally got room keys at 2:30 at night and front desk lady had no hospitality no words no kindness at all !! What she said all fault booking.com. OK !! But we r your hotel guests now , be humble be kind say something lady !! We have been on flight for 12 hrs and at 2:30 at night at least ask for water !! hospitality in hotel sucks !! Very disappointing by both booking.con and hotel ☹️

Points négatifs: De ne pas être prévenus malgré une demande spéciale de chambre au calme, que les travaux du bâtiment d’à coté sous la fenêtre de la chambre commençaient à 6:30am et qu’ils sont très bruyant jusque vers 4:00pm Le fait que la direction « n’ai pas de chambre disponible sur l’autre façade de l’hôtel ». Enfin qu’il n’y ait eu aucun geste commercial au moment de la facture. À côté des travaux le jour, le bruit de l’appareil de climatisation qui prend le relais la nuit.

Points négatifs: There is not one negative thing I could say about this hotel. From staff to security to decor and food. NOw, I didn't have a car, so maybe parking is a bear, but I couldn't say. Location was great too. Can walk to everything downtown.

Points négatifs: Most hotels you can set the AC fan to continuous run, this wasn't an option here. A bit of an annoyance since the fan is fairly loud. I normally like to set the fan to continuous so I don't wake up when it turns on & off. Small issue.

Points négatifs: This hotel made me think of a roadside motel. The rooms are very small and cramped, the air conditioning is so noisy that getting a good nights sleep is next to impossible. The valet parking is ridiculously expensive at $33.
Find another hotel to really enjoy Phoenix, the jewel of Arizona’s crown!

Mais dans la nouvelle chambre je pouvais entendre les voisins faire la fête à travers les murs. J'avais vraiment besoin de plus de calme ce soir-là. Dommage pour l'insonorisation, car c'est le seul point faible de cet hôtel.

No tea in the room, we asked for kettle - no kettle, nobody offered to bring hot water to the room - so simple solution. we asked for cartoon box and also didn’t get any positive reply, finally figured it out ourselves in the hall with cleaning people. Unfortunately in this great hotel with good design we didn’t feel that calling to the customer service actually is helpful at all.

Points négatifs: You didn't say upfront when booking that the hotel was under renovation and the restaurant would also be affected. The menu wasn't robust and up to par as it was in prior years on the ground floor. I will say that the hotel staff did the best they could under the circumstances, My gripe is more about lack of information. No warning ahead of walking into the hotel and finding Check-in on the second floor. Our first room assignment after check-in was unbearable with noise from the floor above; requiring us to repack our bags and move to another room that was above the noise. It was still noisy, but not as bad as being under the jackhammer. For our next room, we actually got a recently renovated room on the 13th floor......smell of the new carpet and glue in the hallway still in the air. However, the room lacked two things. First, only one chair in the room. Yes, it is an accessible room, but with two beds in the room, you should have two chairs. We asked for another chair for the room during our stay, thinking that floors 6-12 being under construction, there should be plenty of extra chairs in the hotel; but it didn't come. You should not assume that the room will be occupied by a person in a wheelchair. Accessible rooms are also available for folks with knee problems and use a walker. They also would like a room chair for themselves along with a chair for their spouse or partner. Second small issue, everything was new in the bathroom of course, but no hook on the door to hang towels or clothes. Such a small inexpensive thing to add to the usefulness of the bathroom was missing after the room renovation. Love the hotel and location from prior trips. However, getting a room right under the renovation work sucked and having to repack our bags to move to another room away from the loud noise should have been unnecessary with better planning by management. Through it all, the hotel staff and valet personnel were great as usual.

I stayed at the one next to it some years ago, but decided to stay here this time round, as it looked a little better now. Location is the key here, it's a quick ten minute walk to Talking Stick Resort Arena and the downtown area, which is what I was looking for. The check in was easy, really friendly lady who oversaw this. Pleasantly surprised at the room. It's small, but nice and more than enough for a short stay. Looks to have been recently renovated. Shower door was stuck and needed lifting, but that's a minor thing. Didn't have any breakfast, so unable to comment on that, but looked pretty basic. The car park was fine and felt safe, with ample spaces available.

Points positifs: There are two motels here, this one and one right next to it. I stayed at the one next to it some years ago, but decided to stay here this time round, as it looked a little better now. Location is the key here, it's a quick ten minute walk to Talking Stick Resort Arena and the downtown area, which is what I was looking for. The check in was easy, really friendly lady who oversaw this. Pleasantly surprised at the room. It's small, but nice and more than enough for a short stay. Looks to have been recently renovated. Shower door was stuck and needed lifting, but that's a minor thing. Didn't have any breakfast, so unable to comment on that, but looked pretty basic. The car park was fine and felt safe, with ample spaces available.
Points négatifs: I probably wouldn't want to stay here more than a couple of days, same for any motel. The room is small and the area is not the best - but for a location near downtown on a budget, it's absolutely fine. Would stay here again if I needed a quick stay.

La clim est extrêmement bruyante et souffle sur vous sans réglage possible, impossible de l’utiliser la nuit. Cet hôtel n’est en fin de compte qu’un motel médiocre mais avec un prix beaucoup trop élevé, peut-être du a son emplacement downtown, mais a Phoenix cela n’a pas un réel intérêt.

Points négatifs: Une petite cabine douche. L'eau froide était chaude. La salle de bains était petite, inconfortable. Le petit déjeuner laissait vraiment à désirer. Le personnel était correct mais aurait pu être meilleur. Chaînes TV disponibles étaient limitées, et une ligne noire divisait l'écran. Je ne retournerai pas là-bas.

Points négatifs: The property is a little dated, and the rooms and bathroom very small. There was no way to control the A/C in the room and the shower head did not work properly in my room. There was not a refrigerator in the room and the bed was uncomfortable - a little too hard fo me. It was also a little unsettling that the fire alarm went off during the day. We all vacated the property. I’m happy there was no fire, but the staff did not know the reason for the alarm sounding.

It does not have individual room temperature controls, the bathrooms are absolutely tiny, the shower temperature can scold you at any moment, rooms are missing the customary refrigerator, there are no bell hops or luggage carts, the housekeepers are loud and use noisy walkie talkies that you can hear all over the hotel, and they simply need to hire more staff to attend to the guests.,

Points négatifs: I had to wait almost an hour (along with 8 other guests) in the front reception area before we could check in The staff had to close out the desk then reopen. Not much fun after driving all day and getting up early the next day; I could have used the extra time sleeping. Very loud freeway noise on certain sides of the property. This was the second time I stayed at this motel. The first time was just ok but its close to the airport. I tried it again and I won't go a third time because of the shift changes around the time I arrive and it's a short night for me. I would rather be sleeping than waiting in a lobby.

Points positifs: le fait que ce soit proche de l'autoroute, en fait pratiquement dans la bretelle d'accès de la 17 nord. Et que au McDonald's juste à côté, il y ait du Wifi gratuit.
Points négatifs: Pas de stationnement devant la chambre, tout est occupé/réservé par des 10 roues, pas de Wifi dans la chambre (même le payant ne fonctionne pas), propreté douteuse (odeur d'urine), odeur de cigarettes alors que chambre non fumeuse, pas de frigo, pas de déjeuner inclus, pas de café dans la chambre.... bref à moins d'être un trucker et que vous ne vouliez que dormir quelques heures, ne vaut pas le coup! Très décevant, une des pires chambres que j'ai réservée dans mes nombreux voyages.

Points négatifs: chambre non-fumeur mais qui sentait tout de même la cigarette- décor peu enthousiasmant - j'avais au départ réservé pour 2 nuits mais j'avais du limiter mon séjour à une nuit suite à une modification d'horaire d'avion mais leur système n'est pas très au point et ils m'ont fait payer 2 nuits donc j'attends le remboursement-coin lavabo sdb très étroit

Points négatifs: Wifi didn’t work and despite raising it, staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Was reliant on it for flights and rental car but had to find a starbucks. The paper coffee cup in the room had already been used and not replaced and there was a brown stain on bed. In the morning (before check out time) the guy cleaning kept asking if I was leaving now as I was going between car and room-clear he wanted to get on and clean my room so felt like I was being asked to leave.

Points négatifs: Ce que je n'ai pas eu de problème, la piscine était absolument dégoûtante. Après avoir pris une douche, nous avons découvert que nos pieds étaient sales. Nous avons découvert que c'était la moquette qui faisait nos pieds noirs! Il y avait aussi des bijoux lâchés entre le lit et le stand de nuit, ils sont arrivés pour le récupérer et ont tiré une poignée de ce qui semblait être des biscuits froissés. Après avoir lu un peu plus, il y avait des tonnes de miettes alimentaires, quelques accessoires pour cheveux et d'autres articles, qui n'étaient pas les nôtres.

Points négatifs: After checking in, we went to our room. It was disgusting. The floor was very dirty, even the sheets were dirty and had hair and crumbles of who knows what. The blankets were stained and one had a hole in it. The bathroom faucet had a foul smell coming from it and the water tasted disgusting for brushing teeth. We stayed there all of 10 minutes and went back and checked out - we didn't even stay there the night. This was extremely disappointing since it was 2:30am because of a delayed flight into Phoenix. We are requesting a full refund.

La 2e chambre avait une odeur très désagréable qui venait de la salle de bain. Tapis taché et effiloche. Pas de papier mouchoir, pas de tapis de bain, pas de verres, pas de téléphone. Voisinage très bruyant. Les voisins se chicannaient. Réfrigérateur sale et tout rouillé. Planchers de la salle à manger salle. La couverture était tachee avec des brûlures de cigarettes

Points négatifs: This place is filthy, dangerous, and completely disgusting. I switched rooms twice before I asked for my money back. Cigarettes all over the floor, absolutely filthy stained walls, broken lamps and lampshades, sticky stains all over the bed, horrible smells, dangerous makeshift locks nailed into the door frame, French fries all over the furniture, hair all over the bathroom. Totally unacceptable and disgusting and unsafe. Shame shame shame on the owner of this place and anyone who rated it otherwise. Disgusted that you would even allow this place to be listed on your site. Your ratings cannot be trusted. I’m very disappointed.
