Points positifs : We never got boarded!! They oversold the flight and al the passengers without seats are left in line with no explanation! And extremely rude people at the counters. I understand the issues going on these days but to not even acknowledge hen people are asking them when is the next flight, is unacceptable! I will never book this airline again and expect my money back for today's no go :(

Also brief turbulence at the beginning and they closed the bathrooms for the rest of the smooth three hour flight.

I had to push to have them check that indeed we were going all the way to calama. They were convinced we weren’t and that we’d have to pay the baggage fee twice.

Gross delay and uncertainty
Points négatifs : They changed, until I left, the boarding gate three times. They gave me 27 at the check in counter, after a while monitors sent us to 24, then they directed us to 27 again, then to 26 and finally to gate 29. First the delay was 2 and a half hours, then three, then 4, then 7 hours. I was traveling for one meeting from one day coming back the next afternoon. With the 7 hour delay, I'd have to go directly from the airport, after a horrible night, to my board meeting. It was a no go. I declined to travel and expect a full refund
Probably the worst flight I have ever been on

Points négatifs : Flight was delayed with no explanation or proper update. Didn’t even give you a glass of water for a flight that was over three hours long (had to pay for everything). Booked it so people were cramped together while others had entire rows to themselves (on other flights I’ve been on flight attendants recognize this and help space out people). Horrible seats in general with no space and I am a very petite female and I felt uncomfortable. Horrible temperate control. Will not fly this airline again.

My ticket showed I was allowed to have a bag up to 23kg however they made me pay overweight fees. The desk agent gave me the wrong gate so I missed the flight. I had to purchase a new ticket and they charged me for bauuage fees again. Worst experience ever

Les appareils de la compagnie sont principalement des variations du modèle Airbus A320 et Airbus A320neo. Ils opèrent en configuration monocabine avec des sièges de type classe économique. Les passagers sont autorisés à transporter un maximum de trois objets personnels en cabine avec ou sans supplément. La compagnie aérienne chilienne a conclu des accords de partage de code avec plusieurs autres transporteurs aériens de la région. Elle a par exemple signé en 2009 un accord avec la compagnie Aerolineas Argentinas qui lui permet d’offrir plus de vols vers et depuis l’Argentine à ses passagers. En 2011 et 2012, SKY Airline a conclu des ententes de ce type avec la compagnie TACA Airlines basé au Salvador et Avianca, l’une des principales compagnies aériennes colombiennes.
