I had been avoiding this airline due to inline reviews but I was pleasantly surprised - service and crew were excellent and so attentive. Everything was clean and I was surprised to get a meal too! I will definitely consider flying XL again!
Points positifs : On a 10 hour flight they have no tv. They want you to use your phone or tablet to get access to their entertainment but didn’t think that on a 10 hour flight you need to charge your phone . No charging station under the seat. Horrible experience

When I retrieved my luggage one wheel was broken. It would be nice if more interaction from pilot to passengers. Speak louder so we can hear.

Flying with XL
Points négatifs : Seats too close to each other compared to other airlines and felt that the seats are smaller too. I weigh ard 132# and felt tight in the seat.

Points négatifs : I would not recommend this airline for transcontinental travel to anyone who has a body. Just for reference: I am 5'10 and wear women's size M. No legroom to speak of, the whole flight to/from Paris I felt like I was kneeling on a cement floor. There was breakfast provided on the flight to Paris, but coming back you had to pay for dinner. On a positive note, one piece of check-in luggage was included in the price of a ticket, But this is not enough to entice me to ever use this Xtra Lilliputian airline.
